The Project « Solidarity and Integration in the European Union » Was Funded with the Support of the European Union Under the Programme The project « Solidarity and Integration in the European Union » was funded with the support of the European Union under the Programme "Europe for Citizens" Applicable to the Strand 2 – Measure 2.1 "Town-Twinning” Participation: The project involved 305 citizens, notably 135 participants from the city of Magstadt (Germany), 170 participants from the city of Celenza Sul Trigno (Italy). Location/ Dates: The event took place in Celenza Sul Trigno, Italy , from 06/08/2018 to 10/08/2018 Short description: The day of 06/08/2018 was dedicated to the discovery of Celenza Sul Trigno and to the conference " European Integration from the ’70s to today: the experience of Celenza's immigrants in Germany and the hospitality of today". The day of 07/08/2018 was dedicated to the visit of the wine cellars of Abruzzo: San Salvo (cantina Evangelista), Cupello (Cantine Di Stefano), Pollutri (Vini San Michele). The day 0f 08/08/2018 was dedicated to the Official twinning Ceremony in the morning also with a lunch with tipical local products. In the afternoon took place the match of solidarity. The day of 09/08/2018 was dedicated to the discovery of the wonders of the “Costa dei Trabocchi” in Vasto (Italy). The day of 10/08/2018 was dedicated to the conference “School and integration: get rich through cultural diversity”. Applicable to the Strand 2 – Measure 2.2 "Networks of Towns" Measure 2.3 "Civil Society Projects" Strand 1 – "European Rememberance" 7 events have been carried out within this project: Event 1 Participation: The event involved 164 citizens, including 135 participants from the city of Magstadt (Germany), 29 participants from the city of Celenza sul Trigno (Italy). Location / Dates: The event took place in Celenza Sul Trigno ( Celenza Sul Trigno, Italy), from 06/08/2018 to 06/08/2018 Short description: The aim of the event was to discover the beauties of Celenza Sul Trigno. A walk from the village to the river, with a view of the waterfall "La Ripa la Longa" Event 2 Participation: The event involved 184 citizens, including 135 participants from the city of Magstadt (Germany), 49 participants from the city of Celenza sul Trigno (Italy). Location / Dates: The event took place in a theater hall (Celenza SUl Trigno, Italy), from 07/08/2018 to 07/08/2018. Short description: The aim of the event was to talk about Integration and Immigration. On the day of August 7th it took place a conference about “European Integration from the ’70s to today: the experience of Celenza’s immigrants in Germany and hospitality of today””. Event 3 Participation: The event involved 154 citizens, including 135 participants from the city of Magstadt (Germany), 19 participants from the city of Celenza sul Trigno (Italy). Location / Dates: The event took place in 3 wine cellars (San Salvo, Cupello, Pollutri, Italy), from 07/08/2018 to 07/08/2018. Short description: The aim of the event was ti discover the tipical cellars of Abruzzo. In the region of Abruzzo wine cellars are important and caratteristic. Event 4 Participation: The event involved 254 citizens, including 135 participants from the city of Magstadt (Germany), 119 participants from the city of Celenza sul Trigno (Italy). Location / Dates: The event took place in the Central Square (Celenza Sul Trigno, Italy), from 08/08/2018 to 08/08/2018. Short description: The aim of the event was to celebrate the official Twinning Ceremony. Event 5 Participation: The event involved 22 citizens, including 4 participants from the city of Magstadt (Germany), 13 participants from the city of Celenza sul Trigno (Italy) and 5 partecipans who lives in a reception center for African immigrants. Other people have watched the football game. Location / Dates: The event took place in a sport field (Celenza Sul Trigno, Italy), from 08/08/2018 to 08/08/2018. Short description: The aim of event was to celebrate the importance of global community with a solidarity match. Event 6 Participation: The event involved 159 citizens, including 135 participants from the city of Magstadt (Germany), 24 participants from the city of Celenza sul Trigno (Italy). Location / Dates: The event took place in adriatic coast (Vasto, Italy), from 09/08/2018 to 09/08/2018. Short description: The aim of event was to admire the wander of the “Costa dei Trabocchi” with the discovery of the nature reserve. Event 7 Participation: The event involved 249 citizens, including 135 participants from the city of Magstadt (Germany), 114 participants from the city of Celenza sul Trigno (Italy). Location / Dates: The event took place in theater hall (Celenza Sul Trigno, Italy), from 10/08/2018 to 10/08/2018. Short description: The aim of the event was to talk about Integration in the school with a conference about “School and integrations: get rich through cultural diversity”. .

Nel complesso è caratterizzato da una grande eterogeneità ambientale che consente l'attec- chimento di molte specie vegetali. Nel presente lavoro è riportato l’elenco floristico di tutte le Orchidacee comprendenti 88 taxa e 21 ibridi. A sua volta l'analisi corologica evidenzia la prevalenza degli elementi mediterranei seguita da quelli eurasiatici. Parole chiave: Chieti, Orchidaceae, check-list provinciale, elementi floristici. Abstract – The province of Chieti (Abruzzo Region) measuring 2,592 square kilometers and from north to south occupies the area between the valleys of the rivers Trigno and Pescara while from the south-west to north-west the watershed of several mountain ranges separating it from other provinces. In the complex it is characterized by a great diversity envi- ronment that allows the engraftment of many plant species. In this paper it contains a list of all the Orchids flora including 88 taxa and 21 hybrids. In turn chorological analysis highlights the prevalence of Mediterranean elements followed by those Eurasian.     Ministero della Salute DIREZIONE GENERALE DELLA DIGITALIZZAZIONE, DEL SISTEMA INFORMATIVO SANITARIO E DELLA STATISTICA UFFICIO III Si forniscono di seguito i risultati dell’analisi condotta sui dati 2012 della Regione Abruzzo rilevati attraverso il sistema informativo per il monitoraggio dell’assistenza domiciliare (SIAD). Tale sistema istituito, nell’ambito del Nuovo Sistema Informativo Sanitario (NSIS), con decreto ministeriale del 17 dicembre 2008 e successive modificazioni (G.U. n. 6 del 9 gennaio 2009) mira a costruire una base dati integrata a livello nazionale, incentrata sul paziente, dalla quale rilevare informazioni in merito agli interventi sanitari e socio-sanitari erogati in maniera programmata da operatori afferenti al Servizio Sanitario Nazionale (SSN), nell’ambito dell’assistenza domiciliare. L’analisi è stata condotta attraverso l’applicazione delle seguenti due misure ai dati trasmessi dalla regione Abruzzo relativamente ai Comuni individuati e ricompresi nelle macro aree: Valle Subequana, Val Fino – Vestina, Basso Sangro – Trigno, Valle Roveto. Misure Numero di persone con età maggiore o uguale a 65 anni/ 75 anni prese in carico (misura 1); Numero di accessi pro capite (misura 2).     Space and time evolution of the Abruzzo precipitation Bruno Di Lena1*, Fernando Antenucci1, Luigi Mariani2 Abstract: This study assesses the climate trends of precipitation in a large number of locations in the Abruzzo region for the period 1951-2009. It highlights the reduction of annual precipitation, starting in 1980, due to a significant decrease in winter rainfall amount. This phenomenon seems to be the mesoscale realisation of a more general process that concerns the European area as the result of the new configuration of the Atlantic circulation that has been established through the ’80 years of the 20th century. Keywords: Precipitation, trend, climate change, Westerlies, Abruzzo. Riassunto: Questo studio climatico valuta le tendenze evolutive delle precipitazioni in un consistente numero di località della regione Abruzzo per il periodo 1951-2009. Esso mette in evidenza la riduzione delle precipitazioni cumulate annue, a partire dal 1980, dovuta al calo significativo di quelle del periodo invernale. Questo fenomeno appare la realizzazione a mesoscala di un fenomeno più generale che riguarda l’area Europea e che costituisce il risultato della nuova configurazione della circolazione atlantica affermatasi nel corso degli anni ’80 del 20° secolo ed il cui effetto si manifesta soprattutto a livello invernale.
