The Darkness Til Oslo! 09-04-2019 10:11 CEST THE DARKNESS TIL OSLO! Påsken er avlyst! The Darkness er tilbake, slår på stortrommen, vrenger gitarene, kommer med albumet «Easter is Cancelled» i oktober, og lader konfettikanonene før de inntar Rockefeller 17. februar neste år. Billetter i salg fredag 12. april kl. 11.00. The Darkness erobret verden tidlig på 2000-tallet. De britiske glamrockerne slo gjennom med et brak med «Permission to Land». Albumklassikeren inneholdt hits som «I Believe in a Thing Called Love», «Get Your Hands off My Woman», «Growing on Me» og «Love Is Only a Feeling». Bandet toppet salgslistene verden over, og dro på en heftig verdensturné hvor de blant annet gjorde en uforglemmelig konsert på Rockefeller. Bandet ble oppløst i 2006, men gjorde comeback med originalbesetningen på albumet «Hot Cakes» i 2012. Albumet fikk strålende mottakelse, blant annet en femmer i Dagbladet. Nå kommer det endelig mer musikk fra The Darkness igjen – og mulighet å få sett deres storslåtte og herlig pompøse show live! – We live in dark times.
