Attraverso il costruttivo confronto sviluppato dal no- stro “Centro Creativo” dove vengono tracciate le idee, successivamente il progetto passa alla elaborazione matematica tramite sistemi di progettazione CAD 3D in cui vengono presi in considerazione tutti i parametri costruttivi tramite la ricerca del materiale KAWASAKI e alla geometria più appropriata terminando nella realizzazione di prototipi, forti dell’esclusiva tecnologia della Stereolitografia a getto di fotopolimeri, per poi venir realizzati da sofisticate tecnologie C.N.C. per la produzione definitiva. I pregiati materiali impiegati, dalle leghe di alluminio, agli acciai, leghe di titanio ed altro, sono certificati all’origine, al fine di garantire i parametri di leggerezza, durata e resistenza alle diverse sollecitazioni meccaniche. La Certificazione di Qualità UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 abbinata al nostro dipartimento interno di “Ricerca & Sviluppo” e “Ufficio Tecnico” oltre a strette collaborazioni con laboratori APRILIA ed Università, ci consentono di realizzare particolari nel rispetto dei parametri costruttivi costanti per le omologazioni richieste permettendo, inoltre, l’unione dell’elemento “estetico” coniugato all’elemento “funzionale” soddisfacendo la nuova concezione di “design”.
