Carol I, within 20-minutes walk from the railway station and 15 minutes from the old city centre. This building is over 100 years old and it used to be called "the University Palace"; it is one of the finest buildings of the city and perhaps the finest University building in the whole country, giving Iaİi a marked academic air.
