Zargarit Introduction When people think of the refugee situation in the Middle East, they often think of the Palestinian refugees of the West Bank and Gaza. Their situation has been studied, written about, and debated throughout much of the world. What is often forgotten, however, is the story of another group of refugees in the Middle East that were displaced around the same time as the Palestinian refugees.
