Porto Torres Città Del Parco Nazionale Dell’Asinara the City of the Asinara National Park Porto Torres Città del Parco Nazionale dell’Asinara The city of the Asinara national Park Servizio di informazioni e accoglienza turistica per i croceristi Tourist information and reception service for cruise passengers Premessa Premise Dal 2012 il Comune di Porto Torres fornisce il servizio di informazioni e accoglienza turistica riser- vato ai visitatori che sbarcano dalle navi da crociera. Il servizio è stato promosso per fornire ai visi- tatori che approdano a Porto Torres un punto di assistenza continuativo durante l’intero periodo di sosta della nave da crociera in città. In questo modo i turisti che non optano per le escursioni possono ottimizzare il tempo che trascorrono a Porto Torres ricevendo le giuste indicazioni in base alle loro esigenze, ottenendo informazioni relative ai mezzi di trasporto, ai servizi di cui hanno bisogno (es. farmacia, punti wifi, servizi igienici, servizi sanitari) e sui luoghi che hanno già avuto occasione di visionare attraverso cataloghi, siti web o social network. Per preparare il turista alla visita sono state attivate le pagine Facebook “Porto Torres Cruise” e “Porto Torres Cruceros”, dove è possibile trovare informazioni e foto sulla città e sui siti di interesse storico e ambientale. Nel punto di accoglienza è presente anche un presidio della Port authority del Nord Sardegna per far fronte a qualsiasi necessità dovesse riscontarsi da parte dei passeggeri. Since 2012 the City of Porto Torres provides tourist information and reception services for visitors who disembark from cruise ships. This service is coordinated by the Municipality in order to provide to visitors a permanent in- fo-point for the entire stay of the cruise ship in town. In this way, tourists who do not opt for the excursions can maximize the time they spend in Porto Torres getting the right information based on their needs and preferences (eg. sites of great historical and environmental value, means of transport, location of phar- macies, shopping centres, wi-fi hot spots, public washrooms, health services). Two Facebook pages, “Porto Torres Cruise” and “Porto Torres Cruceros”, have also been implemented. Here tourists can find, even before arriving, information and photos of the city. Close to the info-point, a station of the Port Authority is at disposal of the tourists to meet their needs. Banchine di approdo e posizionamento infopoint Location of dock and infopoint Le banchine di approdo delle navi da crociera vengono decise dalla Capitaneria di Porto e dall’Au- torità portuale in relazione alle dimensioni delle navi e alle condizioni meteomarine. Il servizio di accoglienza viene attivato con diverse modalità in base ai punti di approdo. In caso di attracco delle Grandi Navi nel Porto industriale (Molo Asi, due chilometri dal centro della città), il Comune di Porto Torres allestisce un primo punto di accoglienza nel sottobordo, con per- sonale plurilingue. In questo infopoint vengono date informazioni generali sul territorio e vengono invitati i passeggeri a utilizzare i servizi di trasporto pubblico e privato per raggiungere l’infopoint principale nel Porto Civico, nei pressi della Torre Aragonese, dove riceveranno informazioni, bro- chure e mappe per orientarsi fra monumenti, lungomare, spiagge, servizi, punti di ristoro, vie dello shopping. Gli operatori saranno presenti in quest’ultimo infopoint per tutta la giornata e saranno contattabili dai turisti anche in caso di necessità di assistenza personale. Il punto informativo si trova a pochi passi dalla via principale di Porto Torres, il Corso Vittorio Emanuele. In caso di approdo delle navi nelle banchine del Porto Civico (Molo di Ponente, 800 metri dal centro città o Banchina Dogana-Segni, 150 metri dal centro città) sarà operativo il solo infopoint della Torre Aragonese. In caso di maltempo l’infopoint può essere trasferito all’interno della Stazione marittima. Il visitato- re potrà usufruire di un servizio continuativo di assistenza e accoglienza, comodamente al coperto, avendo a disposizione ulteriori facilities: box informativi con materiale gratuito, ampi spazi con pol- troncine per il riposo, servizi igienici, cabine telefoniche, zona ristoro. La stazione marittima, per la sua posizione, è l’ideale per raggiungere il centro in pochi passi ed è vicinissima alla zona archeologica. The docks for cruise ships are established by the Port Authority in relation to the size of the ships and the sea condi- tions. The information and reception service can be organized in different ways according to the points of landing. In case of large ships docking at the Industrial Port (also called Molo Asi, 2 km far from the city centre), the muni- cipal organization sets up a first welcome service right at the disembarkation point, providing the services of multi- lingual operators. In this info-point general information are provided about the area and the passengers are invited to use the private or public transport service to reach the main info-point located in the Civic Port, close to the Aragonese Tower, where they will receive more information, free brochures and maps about monuments, beaches, tourist services, dining options, shopping centres. The operators will be at the Civic Port info-point throughout the day and will be available to tourists in case of need for personal assistance. In case of ships arriving at the Civic Port docks (Molo di Ponente, 800 metres far from the city centre, and Molo “Dogana Segni”, 150 metres far from the city centre), only the info-point of the Aragonese tower will be operative. This dock is located just a short walk from the main street of Porto Torres, the Corso Vittorio Emanuele. In case of bad weather, at the request of the Company, the info-point can be transferred inside the building of the Maritime Station. There visitors can take advantage of a continuous service of care and hospitality, conveniently located indoors, where they can find more facilities: info- corners, large spaces with chairsforrest, toilets, telephone booths, dining area with newsagent and tobacconist. The Maritime Station, for its location, is ideal to reach the city-centrein a few steps and is very close to the archaeological site. I bus partono a intervalli di circa 20 minuti e rimangono in servizio sino all’orario fissato dalla compagnia per il rientro a bordo dei passeggeri. La tratta del bus potrà essere modificata in caso di allestimento dell’infopoint nella Stazione Marittima. Private or public transport service are available to transport the passengers from the pier to the info-point at the Aragonese Tower and vice-versa. Buses depart approximately every 20 minutes and are in service until the time set by the company for reboarding passenger. The route of the buses may be changed should the info-point be set up inside the Maritime Station. Here to help Students group - Here to help In collaborazione con le scuole di Porto Torres è stato promosso il progetto “Here to Help”. Gli studenti - a bordo del bus navetta, negli infopoint e in diversi punti della città - forniscono informazioni ai turisti e posso- no dare la propria disponibilità ad accompagnarli, nel caso fosse loro richiesto, sino ai punti d’interesse scelti per la visita. In collaboration with the schools of Porto Torres, the city admi- nistration has promoted the project “Here to Help”. The studen- ts will be available to tourists at various places: they will be a constant presence on the free shuttle service, at the info-point, or scattered through the main streets of the city and the most fre- quented places. If asked, they will provide further information. If necessary, they can personally accompany the tourists on the site chosen for the visit, to the pharmacy, or they can help with a translation during the interaction with a trader just to mention a few examples. Folklore e shopping Folklore and shopping I turisti vengono accolti nel punto informativo da un co- mitato d’accoglienza formato dai gruppi in costume di Porto Torres, che mostrano loro le tradizioni cittadine, coinvolgendoli anche nelle danze tipiche. I croceristi pos- sono poi scegliere di passeggiare nella principale via del- lo shopping, il Corso Vittorio Emanuele, che, in occasione dell’approdo in città delle grandi navi da crociera, ospita il mercato degli artigiani locali. Le vie dello shopping si snodano dal Corso Vittorio Ema- nuele alla Basilica di San Gavino, fino ad arrivare a Balai e a viale delle Vigne. Tra piazza Umberto I, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, piazza Garibaldi e il lungomare Balai sono dislocati, inoltre, numerosi locali. Nelle serate estive il centro storico viene chiuso al traffico per consentire l’allestimento di mercatini etnici e lo svolgimento di concerti e spettacoli. Tourists are welcomed at the info-point by a “welcome committee” of folk groups wearing the traditional costume of Porto Torres, and they often perform traditional dances upon visitors’ arrival. The cruise passengers can then choose to walk in the main shopping street, the Corso Vittorio Emanuele: during the stay of cruise ships in town, the Corso also hosts the market of local artisans. The promenade along the Turritan shopping streets starts from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in the old city centre, and goes on to the Basilica of San Gavino, up to via Balai and Viale delle Vigne Between Piazza Umberto I, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Piazza Garibaldi and Lungomare Balai (Balai promenade) there are also many pubs and bars: on summer evenings, the Historical Center is closed to traffic, thus favouring pleasant strolls among ethnic markets , concerts and shows. V.: The discovery of the Sardinian Flora (XVIII-XIX Centuries). — Bocconea 19: 7-31. 2006. — ISSN 1120-4060. The history of the floristic exploration of Sardinia mainly centres round the works of G.G. Moris, who in the first half of the XIX century described most of the floristic patrimony of the island. But it is important to know the steps he took in his census, the areas he explored, his publications, motivations and conditions under which he wrote the "Stirpium sardoarum elenchus" and the three volumes of "Flora sardoa", a work moreover which he left incomplete. Merit is due to Moris for bringing the attention of many collectors, florists and taxonomists to the Flora of the Island, individuals who in his foot-steps helped to complete and update the floristic inventory of the island. Research into the history of our knowledge of the Sardinian Flora relies heavily on the analysis of botanical publications, but many other sources (non- botanical texts, chronicles of the period, correspondence) also furnish important information. Finally, the names, dates and collection localities indicated on the specimens preserved in the most important herbaria were fundamental in reconstructing the itineraries of the sites Moris visited. All these sources allowed us to clarify several aspects of the expeditions, floristic col- lections and results of his studies. The "discovery phase" of Sardinian Flora can be considered over by the end of the XIX century with the publication of the "Compendium" by Barbey (1884-1885) and "Flora d'Italia" by Fiori & Paoletti (1896-1908).

    Eni starts production at 31-MW photovoltaic plant on Porto Torres industrial site, Sassari Porto Torres (Sassari), 10 February 2020 – Eni New Energy, a subsidiary of Eni, has opened its new photovoltaic park in Porto Torres. The plant has a capacity of 31 MW and was developed on areas owned by Eni Rewind, Eni’s environmental company, within the Porto Torres Site of National Interest. The areas were deemed suitable for repurpose and therefore for the installation of the photovoltaic park, with the endorsement of all relevant institutions and permission by the Ministry of the Environment. The plant is expected to generate 50 GWh of power every year, of which about 70% is for self-consumption by users connected to Versalis's network. Currently, this is the biggest plant built as part of Eni's Progetto Italia, launched by Eni in 2016, and it’s the second developed by Eni in Sardinia, after the first Assemini (Cagliari) project led by Eni Rewind on requalified areas. The project encompasses the whole of Italy and aims to develop and re-use owned industrial areas to build renewable energy power stations. This is in line with Eni's strategy for the energy transition and with the goals of the Italian National Integrated Plan for Energy and Climate. Three years from the start of Progetto Italia this plant is a major milestone in the growth of renewable energy at Eni and brings its installed photovoltaic capacity to over 80 MW, generated by 13 plants in five regions. The project also involves several compensation works, including energy and environmental projects in Porto Torres, such as supplying lighting to the village of Cala d’Oliva in the island of Asinara.

It will improve attitudes of peer-interaction and cooperative learning, forming part of a comprehensive digital literacy in order to foster personal development, active citizenship and employability perspectives. Participants involved in the project will have a medium or good level of digital and literacy skillsand will be social workers with previous experience in training adult people. They will participate inthe project to undertake an upskilling path to improve digital and transversal skills employing the DST methodology. They will acquire self-confidence and motivation in order to foster proactive attitudes when working with disadvantaged groups. EST rationale stems from the trend of fast-paced evolution in ICT technologies and digital instruments, triggering a continuous, open-ended re-thinking of established models of social interaction, participation, education, business and employability. The ownership of a set of good literacy and digital skills has become a discriminating factor of employability and of effective exercise citizenship rights. In addition to being a learner-centred instrument of education tailored to the needs of groupsfacing impairments in traditional learning (i.e. migrants, low-skilled adults), DST enhancesemotional interest and cognitive attention through the inspirational potential of stories.

Ambito dello studio : Il programma di ricerca sugli aspetti socio- economici della fusione (SERF) Sulla base di considerazioni qualitative, la fusione termonucleare è attualmente considerata una delle tecnologie potenzialmente candidate per la produzione di elettricità in un futuro caratterizzato da uno sviluppo tecnologico e sociale sostenibile. Al fine di favorire un armonico sviluppo di questa complessa tecnologia anche sul piano socio-economico è necessario fornire tempestivamente all’opinione pubblica e ai decisori politici una corretta informazione sui costi e sui benefici di tale tecnologia. L’esperienza del passato infatti indica che tecnologie con un significativo impatto sul territorio devono trovare metodi efficaci di interazione e coabitazione con l’opinione pubblica e con l’ambiente stesso al fine di minimizzare i costi economici e sociali e massimizzare i benefici. Per iniziare tale processo l’Unione Europea ha lanciato un programma di ricerca (progetto SERF) volto a studiare l’impatto socio-economico della fusione termonucleare. 2. La partecipazione italiana alle ricerche sulla fusione L’ENEA (Agenzia Nazionale per le Nuove Tecnologie, l’Energia e l’Ambiente e lo Sviluppo economico sostenibile), è il partner italiano dell’Euratom (Unione Europea) nelle ricerche sulla fusione al cui programma collabora con un notevole impegno economico e con circa 400 dipendenti, su un totale di circa 3500, presso i centri di Frascati e Brasimone.

    PIANO PAESAGGISTICO REGIONALE SCHEDA D’AMBITO N° 14 GOLFO DELL’ASINARA REGIONE AUTONOMA DELLA SARDEGNA SCHEDA AMBITO N. 14 GOLFO DELL’ASINARA Piano Paesaggistico Regionale – Ambiti di Paesaggio Scheda Ambito n 14 Golfo dell’Asinara 2 REGIONE AUTONOMA DELLA SARDEGNA DESCRIZIONE DELL’AMBITO STRUTTURA L’Ambito comprende i territori afferenti al Golfo dell’Asinara. L’apertura del golfo descrive un contesto territoriale che si apre e si relaziona in diverse forme con il sistema costiero. L’arco costiero è sottolineato dalla presenza di un sistema insediativo rappresentato dai centri di Stintino, Portotorres, Sassari (Platamona), Sorso (La Marina), Sennori, Castelsardo. Il sistema ambientale è dominato dal complesso della penisola di Stintino, dell’Isola Piana e dell’Asinara che costituiscono l’elemento di separazione fra i due “mari”, mare di dentro, interno al golfo, e mare di fuori, il mar di Sardegna. Nell’Isola dell’Asinara si identificano diversi paesaggi. Le piane di Campu Perdu e Trabuccato un tempo utilizzati come seminativi e in continuità le formazioni arbustive caratterizzate dalla consistente presenza dell’Euphorbia dendroides. Tra le specie arboree che occupano limitati ambiti, lungo la costa che raggiunge La Reale, si rilevano i ginepri e ad Elighe Mannu una formazione boschiva di lecci. La copertura vegetale dell’isola caratterizzata dalla presenza di piante endemiche ed associata ad una consistente presenza faunistica, risulta minacciata dal rilevante numero di specie di mammiferi allo stato brado. L’isola Piana, infine, presenta una copertura vegetale costituita essenzialmente da specie arbustive ed erbacee. È rilevante, lungo la costa e in relazione con il paesaggio dei pascolativi, la presenza degli ecosistemi degli stagni di Pino e Cesaraccio e la connessione tra il sistema delle dune e l’insediamento turistico del Bagaglino.
