FAST® & Power Packages for GM Gen III/IV LS Engines

Memphis, TN – An Edelbrock® Supercharger Kit and COMP ® Cam Kit is the perfect pairing for performance enthusiasts looking for 850+ HP potential from their GM LS engines.

The ultimate solution for engine swaps and serious performance applications, FAST® has put together the first ever supercharger and valve train packages from two of the automotive aftermarket’s biggest brands – Edelbrock® and COMP Cams®. The FAST® engineering team extensively dyno tested various combinations of specs, valve springs and supercharger pulleys to optimize the power and efficiency of the Edelbrock® . Dyno testing on a stock head 6.2L LS3 engine produced over 850 HP when running with E85 fuel.

The FAST® Supercharger & Cam Power Packages include a pump gas friendly supercharger pulley for engine break-in, initial tuning and general performance driving, while a smaller pulley is also included when maximum power is desired on race fuel or E85. For those wishing to further fine tune boost levels, additional pulley sizes are available. Packages include the basics required to install the supercharger, but necessary accessory items such as fuel injectors, air and heat exchanger pumps are left up to the installer, providing total flexibility for custom installations.

The Edelbrock® Supercharger Kits include a 2300 TVS supercharger w/ integrated . The intercooler is a high capacity, dual bar and plate design that enables major power gains through lower inlet air charge temps.

Also included are COMP Cams® application specific cam kits that contain state of the art Low Shock designed specifically for supercharger applications, along with perfectly matched pushrods, valve springs, retainers, locks, seats and seals. Available for GM Gen III/IV LS1/LS2/LS3 applications – see the application chart on the following page for specific kit contents.

COMP Cams® Race XD™ .904” Bushed Solid Roller Lifters for GM LS Engines

Memphis, TN – Race XD™ Bushed Solid Roller Lifters from COMP Cams® are premium lifters, proven to be the strongest, most durable and versatile roller lifters available for GM LS engines.

COMP Cams® Race XD™ Bushed Solid Roller Lifter sets feature a lightweight modular design with interchangeable pushrod seats. Lifter sets come standard with centered seats but can be swapped for optional .090” and .180” offset seats to clear even the largest intake ports and create less deflection in the valve train while properly fitting both 5/16” and 3/8” ball pushrods.

For superior durability in extreme operating conditions, COMP Cams® incorporates a proprietary bronze alloy roller bushing, while an oversized captured link bar connects to the individual lifters. In an effort to eliminate the most common source of roller lifter failures, COMP Cams® developed a new oiling system that ensures consistent roller wheel and axle lubrication. REM-finished bodies create an extra smooth surface for reduced lifter body and lifter wear.

COMP Cams® Sportsman .904” Solid Roller Lifters for GM LS Engines

Memphis, TN – COMP Cams® adds larger .904” diameter Sportsman Solid Roller Lifter option for GM LS engines to premium quality lifter offering.

Sportsman Lifters from COMP Cams® are designed to be a premium and lighter weight upgrade over Endure-X™ Lifters and a value alternative to the Race XD™ option. To combat the common problem of wheel oil starvation, two pressurized EDM oil feeds are directed to the axle, along with an edge orifice feed to the wheel. This triple oiling design delivers a more reliable oil feed than other options on the market. Sportsman Lifters also feature a shallower oil band than competitors’ lifters, resulting in increased strength and body rigidity, while internal machining helps to reduce weight.

The body design utilizes a skirted wheel that strengthens the lifter ears and also provides more contact area with the lifter bore for further lifter stability. In addition, staked axles eliminate clips and provide robust axle retention. This permanent axle retention feature increases the stiffness of the lifter ears and helps prevent the ears from spreading. Sportsman Lifters are built from 8620 premium steel for increased strength and wear resistance and feature a captured link bar design. Additionally, they utilize a tapered and slotted link bar tower for reduced weight and stiffness. The lifters also feature a tall style body, which enables use in both standard and .300" tall lifter bore blocks.

The .904” diameter lifter features centered pushrod seats, an .800” diameter roller wheel and a precision sorted needle bearing and axle package that adds tremendous durability and strength.

Edelbrock Supercharger Kit for 2019-2020 GM Gen VI 5.3L/6.2L Trucks V8 Engines

TORRANCE, CA – Boost the horsepower and torque of your new generation GM Gen IV truck with one of the most efficient superchargers on the market that is 50-state emissions-legal systems.

This Supercharger System for V8 equipped 2019-2020 Gen VI GM Trucks utilizes the largest Eaton rotor group – the R2650 TVS – a 170-degree high-twist lobe design that can accommodate bigger power builds with unparalleled efficiency and reliability. An increase in horsepower and torque is gained with almost no loss in fuel efficiency due to the integrated bypass valve. FAST® 102mm Big Mouth Body™ Now Available In Black

Memphis, TN – Designed to maximize performance upgrades on all GM Gen III and Gen IV engines with cable driven throttle bodies, the FAST® 102mm Big Mouth Throttle Body™ is now available with an anodized black finish.

FAST® knows that increased airflow is a key ingredient to increasing your engine’s performance. With an opening nearly 40% larger than stock, the FAST® 102mm Big Mouth Throttle Body™ is ideal for use with the FAST® LSXR™, LSXRT™ and LSXHR™ intake manifolds, as well as any other manifold with a 102mm or larger inlet. The FAST® throttle body offers increased throttle blade thickness to eliminate deflection commonly found with other throttle bodies, especially those in boosted applications. A smoother operating offset blade pivot improves throttle response, and a beefed up with dual throttle spring ensures total throttle control. What’s more, FAST® invested significant testing and engineering resources into optimizing cross-sectional flow and eliminating airflow turbulence, especially at part-throttle operation. Memphis, TN – RHS® introduces its new Pro Elite™ CNC-Port 6-Bolt Cylinder Heads as a premium LS3 performance head, ensuring great power on high horsepower and boosted engine builds.

RHS® Pro Elite™ CNC-Port 6-Bolt Cylinder Heads for GM LS3 Engines utilize the popular LS 6-bolt head design, making them compatible with the RHS® LS Race Block, GM LSX Block and OEM 4-bolt blocks. The 6-bolt design offers increased clamping capacity over the standard factory 4-bolt configuration and greatly improves head retention, ideal for boosted and high compression engines.

These heads are manufactured with premium materials and machined to the industry’s tightest tolerances. Features include an 11° valve angle and fully CNC-machined ports for improved airflow. The CNC-machined runners and chambers, as well as the rolled valve angle, increase overall flow capability, while the revised water jacket design enhances thermal conductivity. The premium .500” bronze valve guides withstand long wear with particular emphasis placed on holding precision tolerances on valve seat concentricity, allowing the valves to seal securely for more power. Finally, the .700” thick deck and reinforced rocker rails make these cylinder heads ideal for high horsepower and boosted LS3 applications.

Available bare or assembled - assembled versions feature .660” or .700” lift dual valve springs, retainers, intake/exhaust valves and valve seals – all inspected and assembled by qualified RHS® performance technicians. See the application chart below for specs and other assembly components.
