Tequesta District Dinner Boy Scout Marlins Night

Memorial Day Ceremonies

Scouts from Tequesta District attended Memorial Day ceremonies in Miami and Davie. Jorge Montes' American Legion Post organizes the ceremony at the Woodlawn Cemetery. On Sunday the day before Memorial Day, thousands of flags are placed on the graves of Veterans. Boys and adults from several units help with this.

Charles Vega from Troop 336 sang the National Anthem at the ceremony organized by the Scoutmasters Committee at Davie's Bergeron Rodeo Grounds.
