The Original Soupman Famous Delicatessen & Grill Opens At March 19, 2015 The Original SoupMan Famous Delicatessen & Grill Opens at Roosevelt Field Mall's New Dining District in Long Island SoupMan Will be There to Celebrate Its Authentic NY Delicatessen All- Day Menu NEW YORK, March 19, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Soupman, Inc. (OTCQB:SOUP), the parent company of the best-tasting soup brand in the world, The Original SoupMan®, has officially opened their newest restaurant, The Original SoupMan Famous Delicatessen & Grill at the Roosevelt Field Mall on Long Island in Garden City, NY http://www.simon.com/mall/roosevelt-field. In honor of the Grand Opening of The Original SoupMan Famous Delicatessen & Grill at Roosevelt Field Mall, The Original SoupMan, who coined the phrase "No Soup for You" from the popular Seinfeld soup episode, is ladling up its famous soup, together with a free autographed photo of Larry Thomas, who played Al Yeganeh, the famous SoupMan on Seinfeld, and a free carton of The Original SoupMan's shelf-stable Tetra Pak soup sold on grocery shelves nationwide, on Saturday, March 21st from 12-3 p.m. to every patron who purchases soup or a meal. The authentic 1,000 square foot New York Delicatessen styled restaurant sits at the coveted front entrance to the Roosevelt Field Mall's new Dining District, alongside many other emerging brands that offer bold, tasty and healthier options for this busy mall's shopping guests and employees. Rakesh Chadha, the franchisee at this location, graduated in 1986 from Les Roches Switzerland, one of the top Hotel Management School in the world. He has more than 25 years of successful culinary experience in multi-unit, multi brand operations and has been a The Original Soupman franchisee for over 10 years. Mr. Chadha also operates LaBottega Italian Restaurant, Café Spice and Chock Full of Nuts Coffee franchises at Roosevelt Field Mall. "I chose The Original SoupMan Famous Delicatessen & Grill to grow my business because the brand is well known for quality and the new full authentic NY Delicatessen menu of Al's Famous Ruben, Fresh Sliced Corned Beef & Pastrami, Classic Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, Create your own Salad, Breakfast and many more great choices including Al Yeganeh's Zagat Rated Best Soups give a great meal to my guests morning, noon and night. The all-day menu translates into significant sales and the operating margins are strong. I must also say the entire OSM support team, including Robert Bertrand, William Ciaramello and Dan Rubano, were very helpful in the design, construction, training and opening of my store. I plan to open 4 more The Original Soupman stores in the next 3 years," stated Rakesh Chada, the franchisee/owner, who added, "For the last 10 years I have proudly watched my guests big smiles after tasting a spoon of the Original Soupman's Lobster Bisque!" Roosevelt Field Mall, a Simon Properties Premier Mall, opened the New Dining District of which The Original SoupMan Famous Delicatessen & Grill is located at the entrance in connection with a redevelopment project that includes a luxury wing with up to 20 new high-end retailers and a 100,000-square-foot, two-level Neiman Marcus department store. The new restaurant and delicatessen model was inspired by the success of The Original SoupMan® franchise that has been operating in the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut since 2010 and Resorts Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City since 2013. The Original SoupMan soups are available in Tetra Pak cartons nationwide in grocery stores, on-line and at Amazon.com in 6 varieties. About Soupman, Inc. In this respect, Washington’s community prosecution effort is similar to those in other cities initiated by locally elected District Attorneys. These efforts most often focus on neighborhood quality-of-life complaints that intensified with the rise in street drug crime and associated problems of public order in the mid 1980s.

By the age of twelve he had his own collection of plants in his parent’s greenhouse. By sixteen, he was corresponding with Lawrence Crocker, a partner in Siskiyou Rare Plants in Medford, Oregon and subsequently sent them cuttings of Daphne arbuscula , a very hardy evergreen Daphne that grows only on the limestone cliffs of the Muran Valley in Slovakia. This led to more correspondence with other growers in both Western Europe and North America. One of those remarkable occasions where gardening trumped politics, but it would be another twenty years before Josef would travel to America. He and his wife, Jarmila Haldova , have collected seed of new discoveries in Turkey, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Siberia, Western China, and Upper Burma.

Dear SIEDC Supporter... Photos from the 6th Annual Thanks to the work of staff, our Resource Development Staten Island Film Festival: Committee and several other members, our Membership is at an all-time high. As of the date of this letter, the ONLY openings we have for new membership are within the Business Council, Building & Developers Circle and Green and Clean Council. All other memberships have maxed out. I believe this success is a testament to the good product we put out, the service we provide our membership and most importantly, the quality of the membership. Congrats to everyone! I never received more of a positive response to an email than after we sent out the June 5th email blast - “Staten Island’s Lack of Product May be the Biggest Hindrance to Future Development.” Every call and email we received was in agreement with our evaluation. Only one property owner has stepped forward with a new entry. When it is all said and done, we may only have 100 acres of turnkey, industrial and commercial developable property left on Staten Island. Please keep the submissions coming. We only have 7 sites that have made the cut so far. A quick note on our South Shore Project – there is no bigger supporter of small businesses on the South Shore than Councilman Ignizio. See the feature article in this edition of SIEDC News. Our partnership with the Councilman has led to great strides in these towns. Lastly, just a reminder to everyone – please dine at our nine Executive Dining Network locations this summer.
