Two major shareholders, BASF and LetterOne, signed a binding agreement to merge their respective oil and gas business, in September 2018. The merger was completed on May 1, 2019. This Sustainability Report provides information on DEA’s activities in the 2018 financial year until end of April 2019. In the next year a Corporate Resposibility Report will be published on Wintershall Dea’s activities in the year 2019 financial year.
