The Multiple District 7 Lions Headquarters office is operated under the guidance of the Council of Governors, maintaining the standards of Lions Clubs International and Multiple District 7.
Semiannual dues levied on Lions Clubs members support the MD-7 Office. Through the office a variety of services are provided to MD-7 clubs to help further the goals and objectives of the Lions organization.

The Arkansas Lions Eye Bank and Laboratory serves the entire state of Arkansas and is supported by the Lions Clubs of Arkansas. These clubs provide financial support to the eye bank for such things as health fairs, civic displays, school lectures, and enucleation training classes.

JOHN H. BARNETT LEADERSHIP MEMORIAL AWARD WINNERS
The Lions of Arkansas Council of Governors created the Barnett Leadership Award in 2011-12. The award is to honor the memory of Past Council Chair John H. Barnett from England, Arkansas. Lion Barnett served as MD7 Council Chair in 1999-2000 and District Governor from 1998-1999 and a New Club Consultant Lions Clubs International from 2006-2011. PCC Barnett exemplified leadership as he served his fellow man. The award is presented at the Banquet associated with the MD7 State Convention each year.
The purpose of the award is to honor the memory of PCC Barnett and to recognize an Arkansas Lion who has demonstrated outstanding leadership ability at any level of Lionism: Club, District, Multiple District or International Community leadership is also to be included in the consideration for this award.
