2007 Annual Report “Be The Best You Can Be” U13 Tulis Boys Light Up Scandinavian Fields The Tulis U-13 boys’ hard work and team effort paid off this past summer as they brought home both the Gold and Bronze awards from the Dana Cup “A” tournament in Frederikshavn, Denmark and the Gothia Cup in Goth- enburg, Sweden. The win at the Dana Cup event marked the first time ever that a Tulis boys team and, in fact, any Canadian team, had won gold at this prestigious youth tournament. During the first week at the Dana Cup in Denmark, the boys dominated play with intelligent and creative football, often maintaining possession for long periods of time. When the ball was lost, the team defended with ferocious tenacity and permitted very few goal scoring opportunities despite the physical aggressiveness of their oppo- nents. They completed the round robin play with a 3-0 record and 8 goals for and none against. Butler May, 2016 iv ABSTRACT Selling Mexico highlights the importance of Cancún, Mexico‘s top international tourism resort, in modern Mexican history. It promotes a deeper understanding of Mexico‘s social, economic, and cultural history in the late twentieth century. In particular, this study focuses on the rise of mass middle-class tourism American tourism to Mexico between 1970 and 2000. It closely examines Cancún‘s central role in buttressing Mexico to its status as a regional tourism pioneer in the latter half of the twentieth century. More broadly, it also illuminates Mexico‘s leadership in tourism among countries in the Global South. -

Stralcio dalle regole World Darts Federation Da: Norme applicative WDF 7.05 6. Durante il periodo di dodici mesi precedenti una gara in calendario WDF (Coppa del Mondo oppure Coppa Territoriale) un giocatore chiamato a parteciparvi dovrà aver giocato almeno il 65% delle proprie gare internazionali in eventi valevoli per il ranking WDF, nonché in Eventi internazionali promossi e organizzati da Organismi Aderenti alla World Darts Federation. Cioè: a titolo puramente esplicativo ma non esaustivo: Coppa delle 6 Nazioni, Baltic Cup, Celtic Cup, Nordic Cup, Coppa del Mediterraneo, Spring Cup. NOTA: questa regola non si applica a giocatori minorenni. PRECISAZIONE: Un Evento Internazionale è una gara a cui possono partecipare tesserati WDF di più di una nazione. Un evento Internazionale può essere promosso o organizzato da un Organismo Aderente WDF oppure da un Organismo non aderente alla WDF. Gli eventi riguardanti Freccette Elettroniche (soft darts) non contano, in quanto le freccette a punta in plastica sono da considerarsi un gioco, non uno sport riconosciuto. Non è obbligatorio che un giocatore partecipi ad eventi Internazionali per aver diritto di gareggiare in una Coppa del Mondo WDF oppure in una Coppa Territoriale WDF (ndr: Coppa Europa, Pacific Cup, ecc).
