Abstract The purposes of this research were: 1) to study for developing the occupational group of the business community. 2) To study the problems of the occupational group for the business community and 3) to study the guidelines for promoting the profession to the business community. This was qualitative research by document study and specific sampling interview. The group sample selected from Bua Bok oil by women’s group of Bansaipayhan that divided into 2 groups including with 1) Bua Bok oil maker group and 2) Bua Bok oil supporter group for the total of 12 persons both of them were the person who well known about Bua Bok oil processing more than 5 years. The data was analysis and conclusion on the overview. The research found that: 1) The development of the occupational group for the business community. There were four steps: 1.1) establish a group 1.2) operation processing 1.3) expanding group and 4) harmony step. 2) The problems of the Occupational Group for the business community. There were several problems as follows: 2.1) production 2.2) packaging 2.3) marketing public relation and 2.4) marketing. 3) The guidelines for promoting the occupation group to the business community such as 3.1) production 3.2) packaging 3.3) marketing public relation and 3.4) marketing.
