Working in partnership we are delighted to now be able to offer outdoor activities using a nearby activity field. The events vary hugely and include cryptic events and large scale outdoor challenges and everything in-between!

From Brooklands Hotel the activity area is a short walk up Brooklands Drive (Brooklands Community Park). If booking an outdoor event in addition to the cost of the activity other factors to take in to consideration are:

• Is power needed? • Is a PA system needed? • Are toilets required for the duration of the event? • Is a drinks station and / or take out lunches required? • Is there a fee to hire the activity area? (please liaise with venue)

Working in partnership with Brooklands Hotel we can guide and advise on any extras you might require. Below is an idea on cost for some extra services which would not be included within the activity cost.

• Portaloo from £POA • Dedicated event manager from £POA • Generator from £POA • PA system with background music and radio microphone from £POA

A Firebird facilitator and / or event manager will meet your group at a pre-arranged place at the hotel then walk the group to the activity field. Upon arrival at the field a full event brief will be given, then on completion of the event the team will walk the delegates back to the hotel.

All the above are guide prices and may vary at time of booking, please also note that all prices are subject to VAT.
