Spring/Summer 2017 05 Fundraisers Mrs Sue Wroe organised a fundraising evening in Ashbourne Town Hall in November 2016 which raised £1,500 for the Breast Unit. This is a fantastic annual event. Chaucer Junior School raised £221 through their School Enterprise Scheme for the Childrens hospital. Marlene Bennett, Leader of Alfreton Town Council, organised various fundraising events to raise £1,101.87 which she presented to staff from the Breast Unit.
