In particolare, è stata analizzata l’interazione con un robot umanoide (generalmente chiamato receptionist) che accoglie gli utenti e fornisce loro, su richiesta, delle indicazioni per raggiungere il luogo in cui questi si vogliono recare. L’innovazione rispetto allo stato dell’arte in materia consiste nell’integrare le in- dicazioni vocali fornite all’utente con delle indicazioni che mostrano il percorso da seguire su una mappa posta di fronte al robot.
