****** President Davis informed the Special citation for Regents that the University Faculty Elva Rose Benson had passed a resolution authorizing an appropriate certification of the academic attainments of the late Elva Rose Benson to be presented to her family. It was moved by Mrs. Jourdan, seconded by Mrs. Maloof, that the Regents approve the special citation to be read at the Commencement Exercises.
