We object to the illumination of the external signs and any form of projecting sign. 3. RESOLVED that a letter is written pointing out that because of the barriers on Proctors Lane the road closed sign should be moved to the roundabout. 4. DATE, TIME AND PLACE OF NEXT MEETING RESOLVED: that the next meeting of the Planning Committee be held on Thursday, 19 September 2002 in the Mayor’s Room at Westfields. The meeting closed at 8.20 pm.
