TUITION AND OTHER COST

The tuition fee for the program is RMB 160,000 yuan, with 80,000 yuan to be paid in the beginning of each semester. The application processing fee is RMB 800 yuan and is non-refundable.

During the 2-semester residency period, students may be housed in the on-campus dormitory rooms for international students or off-campus rental houses. Students may have meals at the various canteens/cafeterias on campus or other off-campus restaurants which offer delicious food at a reasonable price. Students will cover their own housing, meal, health insurance, and transportation costs and will be responsible for the cost of textbooks for the program. FINANCIAL AIDS AND SCHOLARSHIP

Fudan University School of Law provides both financial aids and Fudan Law Scholarship (FLS) to the students of the LLM Program in Chinese Business Law. The financial aids will be granted to students on the need basis. Students may submit application after registration. The FLS will be granted to students on the merit basis. All the students who have passed the final exam of the first semester are eligible to apply for the FLS.

APPLICATION AND ADMISSION

Eligible applicants must be non-Chinese citizens who have completed college study and received a bachelor’s degree from a qualified college or university. The applicant whose native language is not English must prove his or her English proficiency, e.g., possessing a TOEFL score above 90 ibt or a IELTS score above 6.5. Applicants from Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan of China may consult with the Graduate School (http://www.gsao.fudan.edu.cn/s/3/t/17/6f/f4/info28660.htm).

A completed application requires: 1. Online Application (http://admission.iso.fudan.edu.cn/) (please print and sign it, and attach a recent ID photo); 2. Online payment of the application fee ($120 or RMB 800 yuan); 3. College diploma, degree certificate, and transcripts; 4. Personal statement in Chinese or English; 5. A resume in Chinese or English; 6. A photocopy of a valid passport; 7. Two letters of recommendation from two professors; and 8. TOEFL or IELTS report;

All documents must be in Chinese or English. If the original document is in a language other than Chinese or English, the applicant shall provide a notarized translation in either Chinese or English. Application deadline for degree students is May 31; application deadline for non-degree students is July 10 (fall semester) and December 10 (spring semester).
