The museums will ensure compliance with the orders of the Government of the Republic and the code of conduct of the Ministry of Culture. General education schools and hobby Distance learning will be implemented until the end of schools the academic year. Starting from May 18 2020, one-on- one lessons or those in groups of up to five people are allowed. In the case of consultations with more than one student, the teacher must use personal protective equipment. The compliance with the additional orders of the Government of the Republic in organizing the study processes must be ensured. Youth centres In the case of outdoor activities, the requirements of general education and hobby schools are to be followed. Only one-on-one activities are allowed indoors. protective equipment must be ensured for employees. Groups of up to 10 people are allowed. The compliance with the additional orders of the Government of the Republic in organizing the study processes must be ensured. Tallinn City Archives The research hall will be opened according to the summer schedule. Up to 5 people are allowed in the hall at a time. Compliance with the 2+2 requirement, proper disinfection measures and the provision of personal protective equipment must be ensured for employees. Tallinn Vital Statistics Department The provision of vital statistics services that require the personal presence of the recipient of the service will be continued. Family members are allowed to be present for the wedding ceremonies. Tallinn Botanic Garden The indoor spaces will be opened for the public. According to the number of clients, up to 4 clients + activity instructor or 4 clients + 2 activity instructors can be present in one group. When accepting new customers, isolation measures will be applied, new customers are placed in separate rooms if possible.
