Tallinn's COVID-19 Restrictions Exit Strategy Tallinn’s COVID-19 restrictions exit plan Mitigation measure Conditions Direct support measures Exemption from paying the parent's share of the expenses of the municipal kindergartens Support for parents whose children attend private kindergartens for paying study fees Will continue until May 31 Support for a child's parent, child's guardian or guardian of a child in substitute homes to pay for the costs of childcare services in day care facilities Public transport is temporarily free for all public transport users in Tallinn Services of hobby schools Hobby schools, where contact lessons restart on May 18, will give out invoices for the services provided. No invoices will be issued in those hobby schools where distance learning will continue after 18 May. Contact lessons can only be conducted one-on-one or in groups of up to five people. Distributing school food packages Will continue until June 3 2020 I phase: starting from May 11 2020 Public playgrounds, sports grounds and Will be opened gradually from 11 May 2020 on the dog walking areas course of the week subject to the order of cleaning. Opening outdoor stadiums, sports Outdoor training is allowed. In the case of consultations with more than one student, the teacher must use personal protective equipment. The compliance with the additional orders of the Government of the Republic in organizing the study processes must be ensured. Youth centres In the case of outdoor activities, the requirements of general education and hobby schools are to be followed. Only one-on-one activities are allowed indoors. Compliance with the 2+2 requirement, proper disinfection measures and the provision of personal 3 protective equipment must be ensured for employees. Groups of up to 10 people are allowed. The compliance with the additional orders of the Government of the Republic in organizing the study processes must be ensured. Tallinn City Archives The research hall will be opened according to the summer schedule. Up to 5 people are allowed in the hall at a time. Compliance with the 2+2 requirement, proper disinfection measures and the provision of personal protective equipment must be ensured for employees. Tallinn Vital Statistics Department The provision of vital statistics services that require the personal presence of the recipient of the service will be continued. Family members are allowed to be present for the wedding ceremonies. Compliance with the 2+2 requirement, proper disinfection measures and the provision of personal protective equipment must be ensured for employees. Tallinn Botanic Garden The indoor spaces will be opened for the public. Compliance with the 2+2 requirement, proper disinfection measures and the provision of personal protective equipment must be ensured for employees. Tallinn Zoo The outdoor areas will be opened for the public. Compliance with the 2+2 requirement, proper disinfection measures and the provision of personal protective equipment must be ensured for employees. Käo Support Centre Opened partially for provision of some activities in smaller groups. According to the number of clients, up to 4 clients + 2 employees can be present in one group. Provision of proper disinfection measures and the personal protective equipment must be ensured for employees. Support Centre Juks Opened partially for provision of some activities in smaller groups. According to the number of clients, up to 4 clients + activity instructor or 4 clients + 2 activity instructors can be present in one group. Provision of proper disinfection measures and the personal protective equipment must be ensured for employees. Iru Nursing Home Welcoming new customers will begin. When accepting new customers, isolation measures will be applied, new customers are placed in separate rooms if possible. In addition, an internal movement restriction from one department to another is imposed on the clients and employees. Tallinn Family Centre On-site psychological counselling will restart for whom it is more effective that distance counselling. List is enclosed. Agenda: 1) Päivi Kärnä told the participants that we are in the process of planning a new environmental education project. In this meeting in Aegna the goal is to collect project ideas and good examples and practices from local actors. 2) Gennady presented the Estonian working group of environmental education of the City of Tallinn. The working group was founded last year in order to coordinate the work in environmental education between three local actors: 1) the Environmental department, 2) the Educational department and 3) The Department of Culture. The working group gathered all the people together that are active in environmental education work and they convene once a month. - The Environmental department manages the House of Nature on Aegna island and the Botanical garden. In the Tallinn Botanical garden there also is a Centre for environmental education. - The Educational department is in charge of the work in schools and kindergartens. There are over 60 schools and over a 100 kindergartens. They also manage their own Centre of Environmental education. - The Department of Culture manages the Tallinn Zoo with a new Centre for environmental education. As a result of this cooperation the Environmental department together with the Educational department organized a Flower festival with 600-700 participants and 50 teachers, where everyone planted their own flower.

Monet ihmettelevät sitä, miten uutta ja tuoretta täällä kaikki on: kaupat ovat tyylikkäitä, sisus- tukset on tehty varmalla maulla ja hotellit ovat ylellisiä. Erilaiset IT-sovelluksetkin ovat Tallinnassa jo normaalia arkea, kuten ilmainen langaton internetyhteys lähes kaik- kialla ja pysäköinnin maksaminen kännykällä. Tiesitkö muuten, että Skype on kek- sitty Virossa? Tallinna on sekä uutta että vanhaa ja siksi erinomainen kaupunki- lomakohde. Se on äärimmäisen kompakti kaupunki, jossa melkein kaiken voi nähdä kävellen, ilman takseja ja busseja. Suurin osa nähtävyyksistä, kulttuuritapah- tumista, ravintoloista, ostoskoh- teista ja iltamenoista on kätevästi aivan keskustassa. Ja Tallinnassa riittää tekemistä. Mutta jos olet todella loman ja levon tarpeessa, Tallinnasta nauttiakseen
