If you receive any request, please inform customer services at Banque Misr. • In case of traveling abroad, please visit the closest branch to you to ensure that your card will continue to function abroad. • Make sure you keep your PIN code in a safe location that is different from the location of the card. All transactions made on the credit card using the PIN code are the sole responsibility of the cardholder. • The dollar exchange value applied on card transactions conducted abroad is calculated according to the date that the transaction is Posted, and not the date that the card is used. • If you have any objections or inquiries regarding the items on the credit card statement, please inform Banque Misr within a period not exceeding 60 days from entry date of the disputed transaction. Failing to do so will be considered consent to the items of the statement. • The credit card statement is delivered to the address listed in the card request form, and is delivered to you, or another person on his/her behalf. 10.
