Morning

Hire a bike and take an early morning ride - this is a perfect way to start the day in Brighton. Cycle along the scenic coastal cycle route that stretches over 10km and takes you along our amazing city seafront.

Make use of Brighton’s award-winning Healthwalks. There are 18 regular walks across the city, and lengths range from under a mile and up to three miles. They are all free, led by trained Volunteer Walk Leaders.

Lunch

Head to Yellowave located directly on Brighton’s seafront, it’s the UK’s only permanent beach venue of its kind and offer a range of beach sports activities to all ages and abilities. The Yellowave 'Clubhouse' also hosts a range of indoor activities including volleyball conditioning, yoga and Pilates.

For the adventurous, try your hand at Sea Kayaking directly from our beach. Qualified B.C.U coaches will offer courses, trips, training and sessions for people of all ages and abilities.

Afternoon

Everyone Can Climb! Have an exciting, adventurous and fun filled time learning to climb a 13 metre high indoor climbing wall! Discover the pride in reaching the top of a challenging climb and solving the problems of the bouldering wall with guidance and tips from highly skilled instructors.

Evening

At the end of an energetic and adrenaline filled day, why not relax with a game of Petanque on one of Brighton’s wonderful beachside courts (terrain). They are based at the Peace Statue terrain on the seafront and it’s one of the biggest and best terrains in the country, set in an unrivalled location.

Why not see Brighton from a different perspective and hire a private yacht for an evening sunset tour. After a short briefing with the skipper, you will motor out of the Marina and get busy hoisting the sails. Once clear of the Marina entrance it is then time to turn off the engine and harness the power of the wind and relax with a bottle of fizz, dangle your legs over the side and relax or get involved it is up to you.
