President and CEO Ideastream Public Media Ideastream Public Media’s mission is to serve the people of Northeast Ohio as a trusted and dynamic multimedia source for illuminating the world around us. Our vision when our various stations were combined 20 years ago was that the whole would be greater than the sum of our parts — together, we would be stronger and be able to do more. Now, we are adapting that vision for the future by utilizing new technologies, growing our service and remaining committed to you. In addition, among a changing media landscape and divisions within our region, there are an increasing number of opportunities to bring people and conversations together.
