Candidates from the district of West Bengal will be able to download their e-call letters for the Interview(s) only 7 (seven) days before his/her date of Interview. However, candidates from the States other than West Bengal will be allowed to download their e-call letter before 14 (fourteen) days (both days inclusive) of their scheduled date of Interview on filling up of the self CoVID Declaration Form truthfully as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of the disease. Each candidate will get to know his/her date of interview through the link (wbprb.applythrunet.co.in) provided in the websites of West Bengal Police (www.wbpolice.gov.in) and Correctional Services, West Bengal (www.wbcorrectionalservices.gov.in) on keying of their Application Sl. No. and Date of Birth in the appropriate fields. The candidates shall have to produce the printout of their e-call letter together with filled up Self Declaration Form before the Range Recruitment Board concerned at the time of reporting. A sample copy of e-call letters for the rescheduled Interview is available on this website. No Interview will be held on the weekly dynamic lockdown days if it is announced by the State Government. Every effort on the part of this Board will be made to intimate the candidates regarding postponement of Interview on a particular date through SMS, E-mail and website notice, but the Board shall not be responsible for any non-receipt of such SMS due to change in mobile number and/or technical reasons. The Interview for lockdown days will be rescheduled under intimation to the candidates. The candidates must follow this website for notice regarding postponement and rescheduling of Interview on regular basis. Candidates are directed to carry identical photographs along with proof of identity and other documents as mentioned in the e-call letters for interview. Wearing of 3 ply face mask is mandatory. No candidate shall be allowed to take part in the interview without wearing a fresh 3 ply mask and no further date of interview shall be fixed for such candidates. They are advised to report at the venue at the time mentioned in their call letters. Candidates who would arrive earlier than the scheduled time shall not be allowed to enter into the venue. Candidate’s body temperature and SpO2 will be measured on his/her arrival at the entrance of the venue. Candidates with body temperature and SpO2 which is beyond/below the normal reference level shall not be allowed to take part in the interview. The candidates are also advised to follow the instructions given on their e-call letters
and visit the websites as mentioned above on a regular basis.
