Cette baisse est principalement due à des facteurs externes sur lesquels l’ESS a peu d’influence. Ainsi, ce travail a pour objectif d’amener des propositions concrètes susceptibles d’augmenter sa fréquentation. Dans un premier temps ce travail se concentre sur les raisons de cette baisse avant de se focaliser sur les tendances futures et les attentes des clients. Puis, il analyse les ressources disponibles, les activités déjà proposées et la demande actuelle au sein de la destination afin de développer des prestations correspondant au positionnement de Vercorin. Ensuite, le Business Model Canvas est utilisé afin d’avoir un aperçu global de l’ESS Vercorin et de comprendre comment implémenter les prestations au sein de l’ESS Vercorin. Enfin, un benchmarking est établi avec six écoles de ski pour identifier de nouvelles pratiques. Il en ressort que l’ESS Vercorin propose des produits de qualité réputé dont la principale promotion est le bouche-à-oreille. Sa clientèle provient d’un marché domestique et est fidèle et régulière. Afin de dynamiser et diversifier ses prestations, il est essentiel d’amener de la nouveauté et de la variété au sein de ses activités.
