Why Is This Important? Classroom Suggestions and Materials

As our district grows, we will continue to become home for September Hispanic Heritage* a wider array of faith and cultural traditions. For example, in any given year a number of Jewish American Heritage* holidays may occur in December and may lend them to a June Caribbean American Heritage* lesson highlighting similarities and differences of various celebrations held in the winter season.
