Excursion DESCRIPTION – The Burma Road Walk A local guide meets the group at the harbour, and after a short bus trip we arrive at the starting point. Should Spitsbergen Travel’s customer on-sell travel and arrangements organised by Spitsbergen Travel to their own custom- ers under their agency/bureau/shipping company’s name, then said agency/bureau/shipping company is considered to be the organiser of the travel under the Package Tours Act and is responsible for the ensuing obligations. The relationship between Spitsbergen Travel and their customer is governed by the terms and conditions stated below, and not by the provisions of the Package Tours Act.
