The talented midfielder delivered at the death with a clinical finish to give United 58 a return to winning ways. It was Sutherland’s fourth straight defeat and was yet another frustrating result despite a strong performance for the boys from the Shire. United 58’s Glen Trifiro scored twice but his efforts were cancelled out by goals to Jeremy Cox and a Raul Romero penalty for Sutherland. However, it wasn’t enough to settle the tie as Maia netted at the second attempt in time added on. Manly United 1 – Blacktown City 0 at Cromer Park Manly United laboured their way to a valuable 1-0 victory over a fast-finishing Blacktown City at Cromer Park on Sunday afternoon. The match’s sole strike arrived just prior to the hour mark, as Adam Parkhouse pirouetted inside the penalty area and clinically tucked the ball home past Tristan Prendergast. However, the vocal Northern Beaches crowd were forced to endure a nail- biting finale, as the visitors heaped on the pressure in spades. But Manly’s ever-reliable shot-stopper Dylan Mitchell was up to the task time and time again, producing a hatfull of remarkable saves to secure himself a treasured maiden clean sheet for the campaign. 6 #NPLNSW TEAM OF THE WEEK 01: LARGE USE: OVER 150MM WIDE This logo has a smaller ‘®’ symbol FOOTBALL NSW WOULD LIKE TO THANK THEIR SPONSORS FOR THEIR CONTINUED SUPPORT 02: SMALL USE: 55MM - 150MM WIDE This logo has a larger ‘®’ symbol NPLNSW.COM.AU 7 SPONSORS 8 #NPLNSW TOP GOAL SCORERS Thomas James (Wollongong Wolves) 7 Chris Payne (APIA Leichhardt Tigers) 7 Jordan Swibel (Sydney FC) 4 Brendan Cholakian (Manly United) 3 Amaury Gauthier (Hakoah) 3 Alejandro Sanchez (Sydney Olympic) 3 Jason Madonis (Sydney Olympic) 3 Leroy Jennings (Blacktown City) 2 Marko Jesic (Marconi Stallions) 3 THOMAS JAMES Jeremy Cox (Sutherland Sharks) 3 CHRIS PAYNE Wollongong Wolves Mirjian Pavlovic (Marconi) 3 APIA Leichhardt Tigers PHOTO GALLERY NPLNSW.COM.AU 9 NPL NSW YOUTH TEAM LISTS UNDER 13’S UNDER 14’S 49 Jamie McDonough GK 33 Finn Fristaad 50 Samuel Smith 44 Jordan McAllister 51 Antonio Kalabric 48 Zacharie McKelvie 52 Brandan Darke 45 Marcus Koukoutaris 53 Cameron Munro 42 Joel Cubitt 54 Christian Vujic 39 Jackson Barter 55 Hugo Mezei 37 Cooper Kerridge 56 Jack Pereira 40 Jaden Gasking 57 Jacob McLachlan 38 Gian Zinnato 58 Christian Marko 35 Benjamin Caroutas 59 Lachlan Maher 41 James Ciot 60 Lucas Trajcevski 34 Ben Nanai 62 Noah Ovens 36 Christian Radman 63 Sebastian Dobre 43 Jonathan Vakauta 64 Thomas O’Brien 46 Riley Fowler 47 Ryley Hollingdale UNDER 15’S UNDER 16’S GK 33 Ryan James GK 1 Zac Smith GK 17 Beau Ward 13 Nicholas Karavatakis 19 Arthur Kyriakides 5 Dylan Monoz 22 George Mavridis 11 Luke Dearsley 25 John Fotopoulos 15 Ryan Doig 26 Kaidyn Wright 9 Josh Field 31 Trelawney Brown 12 Nelson Lam 27 Kynan Moffit 3 Alexander Kilazoglou 20 Brohden Souris 8 Jordan Kizi 28 Lachlan Macdonald 2 Adam Castle 30 Michael Kokoviadis 6 Evan Souris 29 Lucas Kotevski 16 Taylan Skurtevski 21 Dylan Petitcuenot 7 Jarvis Paterson 23 Jacob Tresoglavic 10 Julian Trovato 47 Jesse Photi 4 Dean Borbilas 48 Tye McGowan 14 Rocco Mellino NPLNSW.COM.AU 11 U13 - NPL NSW YOUTH POS TEAM P W D L F A GD PTS 1 Western Sydney Wanderers FC 5 5 0 0 22 5 17 15 2 Sydney Olympic FC 5 5 0 0 20 3 17 15 3 Manly United FC 5 4 1 0 8 0 8 13 4 Sutherland Sharks FC 5 4 0 1 14 5 9 12 5 Central Coast Mariners FC 4 4 0 0 11 3 8 12 6 Blacktown City FC 5 3 2 0 15 5 10 11 7 Sydney United 58 FC 5 3 1 1 12 3 9 10 8 Hakoah Sydney City
