A large gathering of Senior Officers, Officers and the Other Ranks attended the event. Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe enlisted to the Army on 31 August 1981, as an Officer Cadet to the Sri Lanka Military Academy and served more than 37 Corps Headquarters building, symbolizing his last years in the Army.
