En vérité quoi de plus naturel que le choix de la Tunisie, ne serait-ce que de par son nom antique, Ifriqya, témoin de sa dimension africaine. Ceci est un vibrant hommage pour le travail important qui a été réalisé par la Fédération Tunisienne de Basket-Ball à tous les niveaux ; mais cela nous rend aussi plus conscients de la responsabilité qui nous incombe de faire progresser et grandir notre discipline sportive. Accueillir l’AfroBasket est certes un honneur, mais aussi une grosse responsabilité.
