Program to update flood plain mapping for the SCRCA watershed in remaining municipalities and further that the Board approves the submission of the application and directs staff to work with the 2018 on mussel research on the North Sydenham River including Bear and Black Creeks. 10.4 Moved by: Seconded by: That the Board of Directors acknowledges this report dated October 22, 2018 on DUC/SCRCA’s wetland monitoring contract. 10.5 Moved by: Seconded by: That the Board of Directors acknowledges the report dated October 24, 2018 regarding the Species at Risk legislation in respect the watershed. 12.1 Moved by: Seconded by: That the Board of Directors acknowledges and concurs with the September to October 2018 municipal drain activity report associated with the Drainage Act and Conservation Authorities Act Protocol (DART). 12.2 Moved by: Seconded by: That the Board of Directors accepts the Regulations Activity Reports on “Development, Interference with Wetlands & Alterations Directors acknowledges the St. Clair Region Conservation Authority’s monthly Planning Activity Summary Reports dated October 25, 2018, for the period of September 1 to 30, 2018. 13.1 Moved by: Seconded by: That the Board of Directors acknowledges the revenue and expenditure report to September 30, 2018, as it relates to the budget. 13.2 Moved by: Seconded by: That the Board of Directors approves the September to October 24 2018 disbursements as presented in the amount of $610,200.88. 13.3 Moved by: Seconded by: That the Board of Directors acknowledges the status report on the 2018 fees and further directs staff to circulate the approved fee schedule to all member municipalities and further directs staff to undertake a fulsome review of all Authority fees, most specifically Nominating Committee consisting of the following four directors representing the four districts of the Authority being Sarnia, Lambton, Chatham-Kent, and Middlesex be: 5 and further that the
