By this Notice we remind all MVPDs of this recurring obligation, provide details on the filing process, and identify those MVPDs that must complete the Supplementary Investigation Sheet portion of the form. Because of technical difficulties in preparing for the filing, we extend the deadline to October 16, 2017. In addition, if filers, particularly those in hurricane-damaged areas, need more time to file, they can email [email protected] and request an extension of time. Users can access the electronic filing system via the Internet from the Commission’s website at: https://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/prod/cdbs/forms/prod/cdbsmenu.hts. Paper versions of the form will not be accepted unless accompanied by an appropriate request for waiver of the electronic filing requirement. Since that time, the shutdowns of several Gulf area petroleum refineries and widespread power outages in the Louisiana area caused by Hurricane Gustav have resulted in the curtailment in the production and delivery of low volatility gasoline to the fuel pipelines originating in the Gulf area that serve each of your states. On September 4' and 5', I received requests made by you, or on your behalf, for a waiver mder theClem &Act (CAA) to address a fuel supply--y------- emergency caused by Hurricane Gustav. In response to those requests, EPA has determined, and the Umted States Department of Energy (DOE) concurs, that it is necessary to take action to minimize or prevent disruption of an adequate supply of gasoline in those portions of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana and North Carolina in which low volatility gasoline is required. By this letter, I am granting a waiver of those low volatility requirements, as described below.

    THE GDPH PUBLIC HEALTH ASSESSMENT: A NOTE OF EXPLANATION This Public Health Assessment-Public Comment Release was prepared by the Georgia Department of Community Health, Division of Public Health (GDPH) under cooperative agreement with the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund) section 104 (i)(6) (42 U.S.C. 9604 (i)(6), and in accordance with our implementing regulations (42 C.F.R. Part 90). In preparing this document, GDPH has collected relevant health data, environmental data, and community health concerns from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), state and local health and environmental agencies, the community, and potentially responsible parties, where appropriate. This document represents the agency’s best efforts, based on currently available information, to fulfill the statutory criteria set out in CERCLA section 104 (i)(6) within a limited time frame. To the extent possible, it presents an assessment of potential risks to human health. Actions authorized by CERCLA section 104 (i)(11), or otherwise authorized by CERCLA, may be undertaken to prevent or mitigate human exposure or risks to human health. In addition, GDPH will utilize this document to determine if follow-up health actions are appropriate at this time. This document has previously been provided to EPA and the affected state in an initial release, as required by CERCLA section 104 (i) (6) (H) for their information and review. Where necessary, it has been revised in response to comments or additional relevant information provided by them to GDPH. This revised document has now been released for a 30-day public comment period.

(TANF is designed to provide benefits and services to needy families with children so that children may be cared for in their own homes or in the homes of relatives. These services also promote job preparation, work and marriage and the prevention of out of wedlock pregnancy. Families can get temporary cash assistance for basic needs for low income families with children under the age of 18 or 19 if he/she is a full- time student in a secondary school or in the equivalent level of vocational or technical training. The JOBS Program provides work and training services to all parents receiving cash assistance to help find and retain employment.
