If Ms. Richerson fails to return the affidavit, an administrative complaint seeking fines will be filed. 2003001143 V Starr Interiors The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior 3 Design announces that on March 20, 2003, probable cause was found to issue a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist against the unlicensed design firm of V Starr Interiors, which is owned by tennis star Venus Williams. V Starr Interiors is located in Palm Beach, Gardens, Florida. Ms. Williams has a licensed interior designer on staff; however, V Starr Interiors has been operating and offering interior design services since April 2002 without a license for the firm, which is required under Florida law. After being notified of the investigation, the firm has begun the process of obtaining a license. After reviewing the evidence, the Board found probable cause to issue a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist and will require Ms. Williams to execute an affidavit that she will not offer interior design services through her firm until properly licensed. If Ms. Williams fails to return the affidavit, an administrative complaint seeking fines will be filed. 2003001382 0204 7/23/2003 Interior Design Center & Mfg. Probable Cause was found that Rick Argov held 1 himself out as an interior designer offering interior design services, both individually and through his business. Groos is 2 unlicensed and his contract and business card offers commercial interiors. As a result of this situation, a responsive web design approach that solves the problem of hardware compatibility has been developed in addition to software and software development methods that allow for the application of this approach. This design approach, which has been more frequently used since 2011, has been preferred by both individuals and companies because it is more sustainable and easier to use. Responsive web design principles and the reasons behind their necessity have been analyzed in this paper. Furthermore, the frameworks that have been developed based on this design approach were analyzed and their characteristics and qualities were compared in reference to responsive web design principles. Also, websites, which is a form of marketing, must take place in the culture of the target audience or country. The aim of this paper therefore is to explore cultural issues that influence design of websites and to create a framework for cultural adaptation of websites. To achieve these ends, the research employs descriptive/interpretive studies of the literature and previous studies by academics and industrial institutions with regard to culture and web interface design. This paper introduces an approach for website cultural customization based on the core asset development of software product technique and aspect oriented programming.
