1. Pour all ingredients to a shaker tin filled with ice 2. Shake until chilled and mixed, about 15 seconds 3. Strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice (or hurricane glass if frozen) 4. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge

*To batch cocktails, add all ingredients into a pitcher or drink dispenser. Stir and serve. **This cocktail can also be served frozen. Combined all ingredients and blend until smooth.

*To batch cocktails, add all ingredients into a pitcher or drink dispenser. Stir and serve. **For a frothy head and silky cocktail, first dry shake .75 oz of egg whites with the juices and spirits, then add ice and shake again before straining into the rocks glass with ice.

This version of the Hurricane will definitely throw you for a loop. It dates back to the origin of the cocktail in 1940 that is tart and refreshing.
