This issue of Moments will give you insight into our partnership with the Rescue Mission of Gothenburg. We buy locally grown currants, tomatoes, rhubarb and more from their farm, Björlanda Prästgård. Our chefs are also involved; they influence what crops are grown in order for them to be put to use in the restaurant kitchen. The resulting jams, ciders, marmalades and more can be seen on many of our guests’ dining tables. GOTHENBURG IS AN eventful place this autumn. On the following pages, you will learn about what the city has to offer and what is going on at our meeting place.
