● More on Fundraising Commitment Form ○ $500 fundraising commitment ○ If deemed to be unfit (either through evaluation hike or injury), you commit to raise $250 ○ Last day to recommit your spot is March 30 ■ Any cancellations should be via email ■ We respect your choice ■ If needed we do work one-on-one to coach for better training results. ● Number of spots available ○ 10 participants ○ If we end up having more participants after March 30, we will do an evaluation and select individuals based on their performance. ○ This evaluation will be after a month of training and will be scaled accordingly ● More on non-selected participants, later... ● How does it work? ○ Your friends / colleagues / family appreciate your hard work ● Can I do it? ○ It's fairly easy with a little bit of dedication and time ● How do I do it? ○ Emails & face-to-face primarily. Social networking sites, blogs, signatures, phone-calls – you can be creative! ● Will I get help? ○ Yes, besides your profile webpage, we’ll give you email templates, talking points and other help ● Fundraising - Responsibility of the climber to track fundraising. ○ The balance will be charged to the card on file if the full amount isn’t raised by July end.
