Thank you for registering on Eventbrite!

Every event at this conference is hosted on a different Zoom link. - In order to join the breakout sessions (3.15PM), all you have to do is click on the link to the session of your choice indicated on the right column of the time- table above. - For the roundtable (2PM) and the keynote speech (4.10PM), Zoom will email you individual access links on Saturday 17th. One link for each session: check your inbox! This is because these sessions are webinars, so Zoom functions a bit differently for extra security. You will get reminder emails an hour before each session.

If you arrive early to a session, you will have to wait in the digital waiting room and will be admitted automatically when the session begins. If you are late, don’t worry! Someone will let you in.

When the session ends, close the window (click on the cross at the top right of your screen) and click on the next link to open a new Zoom window. Since you have all the links to attend the breakout room of your choice, you can also change rooms at any time by leaving the meeting (bottom right red button) and clicking on the link to ano- ther session.

If you experience any technical issue, please text Julie: 079380 66409.
