SITUATION

Two of the blocks of land are situated either side of the minor Council road leading from the village of St. Keverne which is about ½ a mile away, to the hamlet of Porthoustock. The southern block also has a second access off the road leading to . The parcel of woodland to the north of the land has access off the minor country lane leading from Porthoustock to Trenoweth Mill.

The market town of Helston is about 12 miles distant and has an extensive range of services and amenities whilst good local facilities are available in the popular village of St. Keverne.

THE LAND

The land forms part of Trenoweth Manor and is situated in a productive farming district capable of good grass production or arable cropping. The land to the north comprising the woodland is generally steeper and runs down to the valley bottom with river frontage.
