DESCRIPTION

Loe Cottage is found on the famous Loe Bar Road stretching out from the harbourside in Porthleven towards the cliff top walks and long sandy beach around Loe Bar. This south facing double fronted cottage is particularly interesting as it also owns two parking spaces on the opposite side of the road and below these is a former Net Loft used as more accommodation opening onto a spectacular cliff top terrace. The views from both the cottage and the 3 Ref: LCAA7956 Net Loft are awe inspiring sweeping across Mounts Bay towards the Lands End peninsula. Fishing boats can be seen coming and going from Porthleven harbour and world class surfers enjoying barrelling waves just outside the harbour entrance.

The double fronted cottage and Net Loft both have low maintenance uPVC windows and doors with the cottage having a small courtyard to the rear in addition to the large cliff top terrace. In the cottage one will find a kitchen/dining room to one side and a sitting room to the other, both with window seats facing the views. On the first floor are two double bedrooms both facing the views with the master having two of the three first floor windows on the front elevation and its own en-suite shower room. The other bedroom therefore enjoys sole use of the family bathroom. 4 Ref: LCAA7956 The Net Loft is set down and therefore does not restrict the views from the cottage and in here one will find a large open-plan space with fitted kitchenette and a shower room off.

It is extremely rare to find a property in such a highly prized location with parking and more importantly with ownership to the cliff edge. The elevated outlook is incredible, and the sun sets from here, at all times of year, will live in the memory for years.
