SUBJECT:— NOTIFICATION IN RESPECT OF PIR QASIM SHAH S/O PIR TASWEER SHAH AS A RETURNED CANDIDATE AGAINST THE GENERAL SEAT OF DISTRICT COUNCIL WARD URBAN-IV, KOHAT.

No. F. 26(1)/2018-LGE-KPK(Vol-I).—Pursuant to the Order dated 01-11-2018 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge-III/ Election Tribunal, Kohat in Election Petition No.01 of 2018 (Pir Qasim Shah Vs. Waheed Khan & Others) and in partial modification of this Commission’s notification No.F.16(1)/2015-LGE-KPK(11) dated 23rd June, 2015 and in exercise of powers conferred upon it under Article 140A (2) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Section-86 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government Act, 2013 read with Rule-41(4) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Councils (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2014 and all other powers enabling it in that

34 THE GAZETTE OF PAKISTAN, EXTRA., JAN. 17, 2019 [PART III behalf, the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby notifies for information of the general public, Pir Qasim Shah S/o Pir Tasweer Shah, R/O Gulshan Abad Peshawar Road Tehsil & District Kohat as a returned candidate against the General Seat of District Council Ward Urban-IV, Kohat. Further, Mr. Waheed Hayat S/o Rahim Gul is also de-notified and excluded from the list of returned candidates, as earlier notified vide this Commission’s Notification No. F.16(1)/2015-LGE-KPK(11) dated 23rd June, 2015.
