Parking Etiquette By Property Manager It has been reported that some of the residents park their vehicles in their parking spot protruding into the driveway and causing an obstruction to other vehicles trying to pass by. This may be a safety issue and we would ask the residents to park their vehicles within the boundaries of the parking spot.

Please do not store any personal items in parking spot(s). This may create obstructions in case of an emergency and is in violation of the Nautica documentation.

For everyone’s safety in the Nautica garage, please limit your speed to 10 km/h.

Please remember that Visitor Parking is for your guests only. Nautica residents, whether part-time residents, roommates, or significant others, are not to park in the Visitor Parking at Nautica. This will allow for sufficient guest parking spots for all the residents at both towers.

In view of the upcoming closure of the Lakeshore gravel parking area, you may want to make alternate arrangements. Remember that the Resident Parking Pass is available from the City of Barrie. More information at www.barrie.ca.
