NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT RULES UNDER THE PLANNING ACT 2016, SECTIONS 69 and 11 I, the Honourable Cameron Dick MP, Minister for State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning, do hereby notify that, pursuant to sections 69 and 11 of the Planning Act 2016, I made minor amendments to the Development Assessment Rules on 11 November 2019. In accordance with section 69(2) of the Planning Act 2016, the Development Assessment Rules as amended, do not have effect until: (a) the chief executive of the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning publishes both the amendment, and the rules as amended, on the department’s website; and (b) the rules as amended are prescribed by regulation. The amended Development Assessment Rules document is available from the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning’s website at https://planning.dsdmip.qld.gov.au/.
