5 CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction work on the 2.2 Million square feet mall complex is well underway

All structural steel for Hypermarket (Carrefour) area has now delivered on site and been erected.

Procurement All structural steelwork design work is now complete and currently undergoing final DM approvals. The ID Contractor is being finalized and is now in the final process of contract negotiation. Ongoing MEP procurement includes long lead HVAC and Electrical equipment.

Structures and Civils Structural steelwork erection is well underway to the new Hypermarket and Secondary Entrance areas, with the extensions to Pavilions 3 and 4 due to commence in the next two weeks. Elsewhere, foundation works continue to the Central Atrium, Main Entrance, Cinema and FEC areas. Furthermore, structural finishes for Hypermarket area have commenced.

MEP MEP works such as slab cutting, cable tray and trunking works, fire-fighting pipes and water supply pipes, underground drainage works are in progress. AHU checking and cleaning and dismantling of MEP services are now completed.
