This is a Live Auction Only Only those OMSA members registered for the 2021 Convention may bid in the sale. Buyers must be physically present at the auction and must use the numbered bidder card assigned to them during the Convention registration process.

No Buyer’s Premium If the lot is knocked down to you, what you bid is what you pay.

All Items Sold to the Highest Bidder The Auctioneer has the sole discretion to conduct the sale and determine the highest bidder. In the event of any dispute, his decision will be final.

Everything is sold “As is, Where is” Although all lots have been described in good faith, there are no guarantees as to description accuracy, item authenticity or condition. Once lots are sold there will be no refunds or returns, therefore all items should be physically inspected prior to the sale.

30. USA – United Spanish War Veterans Medal for the 26th Anniversary of Cuban Independence and 30th Encampment of the USWV held in Havana, Cuba and worn by a nurse. Medal has bronze “Nurse” device on ribbon with pinback brooch named “Holland”. With photocopied research on Emma Holland (1862-1953). Graduated from Illinois Training School for Nurses, Class of 1892. She was a contract nurse for the U.S. Army Nurse Corps in the Spanish American War. Buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
