MODELS

Floratone (3,500 USD) The Floratone model is a thin-line, hollowbody archtop guitar. Featuring a single neck pickup, this guitar is our version of the mid-century electric archtops made in Kalamazoo, MI. A strummer’s guitar, ideal as the singer/songwriter’s perfect companion. This guitar is also available as a full bodied, acoustic archtop.

Airiar (3,750 USD) Our rendition of the classic double-cutaway, semi hollow electric guitar. This guitar features a chambered center-block to bust feedback without adding extra weight. Resulting in a very responsive, but powerful electric guitar ideal for the bluesman or rocker in us all.

Arclight (4,000 USD) The Arclight is available as a multiscale 6 or 7 string instrument. Choose between a standard 6 string or guitar/bass 7-string hybrid. A modern design, influenced by the iconic California style that Leo built. This guitar is made to play fast and . Also available with a non-fanned fingerboard. OPTIONS

Top – book-matched and hand-joined.

Sitka (Base Option for All Models) High stiffness to density ratio, making this wood light and responsive.

Local (+$75) A traditional upgrade, straight- grained Midcoast maple with light figure. An ideal canvas for a solid color top. See color options below.

Flame Maple (+$275) Mother nature at its finest, straight-grain high figured maple lends itself to color bursts or leave it au naturale.

Back and Side Wood – book-matched backs and hand-bent sides.

Local Maple (Base Option for All Models) Sourced along the Midcoast, straight grain and modest figure. Beautiful under color tint and finish.

Flame Maple (+200) The grain doesn’t lie, stained to bring out its eye-catching properties or simply beautiful under clear coat finish.

Mahogany (+150) A traditional tonewood known for its stability and rich color, the name says it all.

Neck Wood

Mahogany (Base Option for All Models) A very stable and acoustically lively neck option with a comfortable feel and great look.

Local Maple (+100) The sustainable choice sourced along the midcooast. Unique figure and aged for stability, looks best with a stain option to bring out its full beauty.

Flame Maple (+$200)

Highly figured, quartersawn maple. Choose a stain option to match the back and sides or leave it natural and let the figure do the talking. Fretboard

Rocklite™ Ebano (Base option for all models) A man-made product engineered entirely of sustainable wood. The Ebano is a perfect alternative to traditional .

Rocklite™ Sundari (Base option for all models) A man-made product engineered entirely of sustainable wood. The Sundari is a perfect alternative to traditional Indian .

Macassar Ebony (+75) The traditional choice, a very hard wood ideal for the wear and tear of the fretboard. Visually stimulating with streaks of black and brown.

Binding

Standard (Base option for all models) Choose Black, White, or Cream flex binding. Strong and protective, this binding provides a classic bumper for your thumper.

Tortoise (+$75) Celluloid Nitrate tortoiseshell evokes a classy feel. Match this binding with a tortoise headstock overlay for an additional $250.

Ivoroid (+$75) Celluloid Nitrate ivoroid evokes a vintage vibe.

Purfling (+60) Add a black/white/black or single black/white purfling strip to the top binding edge. Purfling will add extra “pop” and definition between the binding and top finish.

Fretboard Markers

Small Dots (+$50) Choose between abalone, clay, maple, mother of pearl, or tortoise for minimal fretboard mapping.

Electronics

Mojo Pickups™ or Lollar P90™ (Base option for the Floratone and Airiar) Warm and biting with the classic single coil sound. Available as dog-ear or standard in black, cream or white.

Instrumental™ Sfty-3 (Base option for the Arclight multiscale) Hand wound in Utah, a medium-high output set. Tight bass response, forward midrange, and a balance between open top end for chord clarity and focus for single note riffing. Medium-High output allows for surprisingly beautiful cleans for such an aggressive set. A 12.44 degree angled neck pickup and 17.98 degree angled bridge pickup, this design is the perfect match for the asymmetry of the Arclight body design.

Mojo Pickups™ Charlie Christian P90 (+$100, Floratone only) A classic look and early electric guitar innovation made famous by Charlie Christian. Wound with vintage correct 38 awg wire and cloth hook up wires with a 3.2 K output impedance.

Mojo Pickups™ Gold Foil Humbuckers (+$250, Arclight NF and Airiar) Faithfully built to vintage 60’s spec. Custom made Nickel Silver cover with copper less Nickel plating. They produce a bright but full sound with great string definition and clarity……slightly fuller than the Teisco™ Gold Foils. Neck 5.6K and Bridge 6.8K. Choose between gold, copper, or silver foil to match your custom color scheme.

Mojo Pickups™ Dual Foil Humbucker (+275, Arclight NF and Airiar) Dual Foil, humbucking Gold Foils that can be split to single coils. 44 awg wire and rubberized ceramic magnet. These pups produce a bright but full sound with great string definition and clarity. Neck 8K and Bridge 10K (4K and 5K when split), comes as standard with 4 conductor wires. Choose between gold, copper and silver foil.

Controls

Master Volume, Master Tone (Base option for all models) Clean and simple, includes a 3-way switch for guitars loaded with two pickups.

Bridge & Tailpiece Hardware – strap buttons will match hardware finish

Gotoh™ Tune-o-matic Bridge with Trapeze Tailpiece (Base option for the Floratone) Classic vintage tailpiece with a traditional bridge style. Choose between gold or nickel finish.

Gotoh™ Tune-o-matic Bridge and Stop Tailpiece (Base option for the Airiar and Arclight NF) The Old Faithful of bridge design. Great adjustability and perfect for dialing-in intonation. Choose between black, nickel or gold.

Hipshot™ 6 string multi-scale bridge (Base option for the Arclight) Machined, solid brass base plate with side walls. String through body design for solid down pressure on bridge and saddles. Choose between black and nickel.

Bigsby™ B7 Vibrato Tailpiece (+$170 Airiar only) This iconic tailpiece has will add some wet vibrato to those surf licks. Available in black or nickel.

Hipshot ™ Solo™ Single String Guitar Bridge (+$180 Arclight Only) The Solo by Hipshot is a single string bridge system that gives you the timeless, classic style you want with the flexibility you need. Made completely out of stainless steel with Hipshot's beloved saddle, this bridge looks and sounds amazing. Choose black, gold, or nickel finish.

Tuning Machines

Gotoh™ 510 Tuners (Base option for all models) The 510 series are recognized the world over as one of the top performing tuners on the market. These sleek and stylish tuners feature an 18:1 gear ratio. Available in gold, black, or nickel. Many custom options available, please contact direct for options and pricing.

Waverly Open Back Tuners (+$190) Waverly tuners offer modern precision with vintage style. These luxurious tuners feature an open gear design with a smooth 16:1 gear ratio. Available in gold or nickel with many button options including ivoroid, tortoiseshell and ebony.

Vintage style closed-back tuners have a timeless look and 15:1 gear ratio. Nickel finish with cream buttons.

Sperzel™ Trimlok™ Locking Tuners (Base option for the Arclight) Sperzel tuning keys are machined from solid billet aluminum for light weight and held to precise tolerances and quality checks to produce a precision tuning key that eliminates shaft wobble, endplay and minimum backlash. Features a 12:1 gear ratio. Many color options available including black, chrome, gold.

Color and Finish Options

Solid Top Color Options (Base price option) Choose from one of our custom color pigment options for a “pop” of color and class. Choose between Sunset Coral, Harvest Gold, Summer Sand, Winter Sand, Midnight Sand, Lakefoam Green, Douglas Forest, Manitou Blue, Blktop. You can always choose to leave the top without color to show-off the wood. Match the headstock face to the color of your choosing to really dial-in your design. See color chart below.

Back and Side Color Options (+$50) Add a stain color to the back and sides, choose between Midcoast Brown or Translucent Black. Stain adds elegance and a vintage feel while preserving the and figure. Make your stain a hand rubbed burst for an additional $50.

Crystalac Brite-tone Waterbase Polyurethane (Base price option) This finish goes on thin but strong. Very resilient and resistant to the subtle aging color change of nitrocellulose lacquer.

Nitrocellulose Lacquer Body Finish (+500) The tried and true guitar finish that has lasted for decades. This high-gloss finish is buffed to a shine and over time adds a real aged vintage vibe. The headstock face is also finished in high- gloss nitro.

Tru Oil Neck Finish (Base price option) Protects against dirt and grime, an oil finish leaves a smooth and organic feel to the neck, where it really counts.

Nitrocellulose Neck Finish (+$300) Match the neck to the body finish of your choosing.
