    Annex REPORT FOR 2019 UNDER THE “HEALTH CARE” PRIORITY of the NATIONAL ROMA INTEGRATION STRATEGY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA 2012 - 2020 Operational objective: A national monitoring progress report has been prepared for implementation of Measure 1.1.2. “Performing obstetric and gynaecological examinations with mobile offices in settlements with compact Roma population”. During the period 01.07—20.11.2019, a total of 2,261 prophylactic medical examinations were carried out with the four mobile gynaecological offices to uninsured persons of Roma origin and to persons with difficult access to medical facilities, as 951 women were diagnosed with diseases. The implementation of the activity for each Regional Health Inspectorate is in accordance with an order of the Minister of Health to carry out not less than 500 examinations with each mobile gynaecological office. Financial resources of BGN 12,500 were allocated for each mobile unit, totalling BGN 50,000 for the four units. During the reporting period, the mobile gynecological offices were divided into four areas: Varna (the city of Varna, the village of Kamenar, the town of Ignatievo, the village of Staro Oryahovo, the village of Sindel, the village of Dubravino, the town of Provadia, the town of Devnya, the town of Suvorovo, the village of Chernevo, the town of Valchi Dol); Silistra (Tutrakan Municipality– the town of Tutrakan, the village of Tsar Samuel, the village of Nova Cherna, the village of Staro Selo, the village of Belitsa, the village of Preslavtsi, the village of Tarnovtsi,

They are mineral and mountain spring waters. According to their temperature they can be cold (up to 37° С), warm (from 37° C to 60° C) and hot (over 60° C). This is Bulgarian standard, European Union. The mountain spring waters are cold with temperature up to 25° С. In Bulgaria for drinking mineral and mountain spring waters are valid Ordinance No 9 / 2001, Official State Gazette, issue 30, and decree No. 178 / 23.07.2004. By their chemical composition they fall into three categories – low mineralized (up to 2 g/L), moderately mineralized (2 to 15 g/L) and highly mineralized (15 – 30 g/L). According to their chemical composition the mineral waters are divided into sulphate, sulfide, hydrogen carbonate, chloride and carbonic. With regards to their gas composition they are nitrogen, sea and carbonic waters.

We aim to describe the plant diversity of dry grasslands distributed in the transitional belt between the south-eastern European and Mediterranean biogeographic regions in SE Bulgaria, and to reveal if there are any obvious differences in soil properties, presence of life forms and chorotypes between syntaxa. The data set consists of 349 relevés of vascular plants and bryophytes sampled in different semi-natural herba- ceous vegetation types. By applying TWINSPAN, we classified 176 relevés of dry grasslands to eight associa- tions and one unranked community. One association and two subassociations are described here for the first time. Data on soil depth, soil moisture, soil pH, humus and total N content, numbers of different life forms and chorotypes were analysed statistically. The dry grasslands in SE Bulgaria were classified into different vegetation classes sharing the same territory: their communities present similarities in species composition and they have similar ratios of hemicryptophytes/therophytes and Euro-Asiatic/Mediterranean species. Dry grassland vegetation occupies mostly shallow and dry soils that vary slightly in pH, humus content and soil moisture between associations. Abstract The paper represents results of surveys carried out in the Western Stara Planina Mts within the last four years in order to improve the knowledge of the butterfly fauna, especially in the Bulgarian part of the mountain. A total of 150 species of Lepidoptera (Papilionoidea) was recorded with comments on their distribution in the Bulgarian part of the studied region. Nineteen species were recorded for the first time in the Bulgarian part of the mountain and one species (Apatura metis) – for the Serbian part. It has been found that the highest butterfly diversity is linked to the largest limestone area in the mountain near Komshtitsa Village where 101 species were observed. Interesting records for some rare or endangered species (Muschampia cribrellum, M. tessellum, Lycaena helle, Kirinia climene, Apatura metis, Nymphalis vaualbum, Melitaea didyma, M. arduinna, M. diamina and Brenthis ino) are discussed in detail. The high conservation value of the studied region proves by the species considered as threatened at the European level, of which seven species are included in the Annexes II and IV of the Habitats Directive, 12 species are listed in the Red Data Book of European butterflies and 26 in the European Red List of Butterflies.

TURISMUL Zona transfrontalieră, este caracterizată printr-un potenţial turistic foarte ridicat, insuficient exploatat şi insuficient promovat. Aici pot fi practicate aproape toate formele de turism datorită patrimoniului natural şi antropic variat, valoros şi atractiv. Potenţialul turistic identificat în fiecare din unităţile administrative analizate este prezentat în continuare. Mehedinţi Pe teritoriul judeţului Mehedinţi se regăsesc toate formele de relief, împărţite în procente egale, dispuse în trepte din nord - vest spre sud - est; de la cea mai înaltă treaptă munţii Mehedinţi şi Cernei, apoi podişul Mehedinţi, dealurile Motrului şi câmpia Bălăciţei spre cea mai coborâtă câmpia Blahniţei (terasele Dunării şi văile Drincei şi Blahniţei). Variaţia reliefului duce la apariţia peisajelor cu relief carstic şi structuri geologice deosebite ce atrag numeroşi turişti. De asemenea caracteristicele climei temperat continentale cu influenţe mediteraneene fac posibile practicarea turismului pe durata întregului an. Resursele turistice naturale de pe teritoriul judeţului sunt legate în special de o zonă turistică importantă pentru ţara noastră - Porţile de Fier. Variaţia reliefului duce la apariţia de peisaje inedite ce atrag numeroşi turişti - pe abrupturile calcaroase între Sviniţa şi Greben, traseele drumurilor DN 67D de la Baia de Aramă-Obârşia Cloşani- Valea Cernei şi DN57(E70) ce însoţeşte traseul Dunării, viaductele arterei peste afluenţii Dunării, fie Sistemele Hidroenergetice şi de navigaţie Porţile de Fier I şi Porţile de Fier II sau zone fosilifere Sviniţa, Bahna sau tufărişurile mediteraneene de la Izverna şi din Defileul Dunării, viaductele peste afluenţii Dunării, porturile din municipiul Drobeta -Turnu Severin şi oraşul Orşova. Turiştii pot valorifica fondul piscicol din lacurile naturale, de acumulare, al Dunării şi al râurilor de pe teritoriul judeţului şi fondul cinegetic din pădurile judeţului.
