Page 5 of 24 Page 5 of 24 Luxury Six Night Accommodation Package Having everyone in the same hotels has become an integral aspect of the European BaT events. There is always a great atmosphere amongst the clients and staff and we want this to continue with our 2019 Iberia trip. The social aspect is as much a part of our events as the track days, and something we pride ourselves on. For us it’s not just about the track days, it’s about the experience and the trip as a whole. Steered together by our common interest, it is the perfect opportunity to meet other people on the trip and review your track driving with like-minded people over dinner and drinks after a day at the circuit. Our aim is to make everyone feel part of the team and to build a strong relationship from the start. An added bonus of our hotel package is that it relieves you from the arduous task of searching hotels for yourself, just leave it to us. To further improve on the interaction and to encourage early friendships to form, we are hosting a welcome reception meal at Barcelo Montecastillo Golf Club on the evening of Sunday 22nd September 2019 at 20:00. At the end of the event, we will also be hosting a finale dinner at the Parador De Ronda on Friday 27th September at 20:00, which will be a 3 course set menu dinner, this is included as part of the luxury hotel package. For those of you who would like to take advantage of our hotel package, details of the hotels, facilities and the full addresses can be found on the following pages. All luxury hotels have been chosen for their proximity to the circuit, facilities and availability of parking. IMPORTANT NOTE - Please be aware that any extra meals, beverages, room service, parking, spa treatments or additional sporting activities purchased at any of the hotels during your stay will be charged to your room and must be settled on departure. Please can all clients who book the organised hotel package complete the attached hotel registration form and email to [email protected] no later than Wednesday 31st July, as this will speed up the check-in process considerably. All rooms must be booked and paid for by Wednesday 31st July, however we only have a limited availability so please book early to avoid disappointment. The rooms cannot be cancelled once confirmed, but we will endeavour to re-sell them for you if you are subsequently unable to attend.

Welcome to Cádiz The province of Cadiz is in vogue. The fact that for many years it has remained separated from the mass tourism that has affected di- fferent areas along the Andalusian coast has facilitated the growth of a quality tourism that has respected the environment. This is not surprising, given that Cadiz is en- dowed with every attractive feature that a first class tourist destination needs: kilometres of beaches with transparent waters and fine gol- den sands framed by pine forests and endless stretches of dunes; mountain areas that have been declared a Biosphere Reserve (Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park), as well as having territory included in five other natural parks and numerous natural spaces: a unique gas- tronomy that draws from both sea and sierra produce, with high quality wines protected un- der the Jerez-Xeres-Sherry, Mazanilla de Sanlu- car and Sherry Vinegar Denomination of Origin (DO); festivals of International Tourist Interest with a marked personality; towns full of protec- ted monuments, and customs and traditions, like flamenco, whose earliest origins can in many cases be traced to the province of Cadiz. And if this were not enough, Cadiz is blessed with over 3,000 hours of sunlight each year and mild temperatures that allow visitors to take advantage of the superb surroundings, in addition to a friendly population whose warmth helps make all who come feel right at home.
