The Fictitious Life of Rafael Cruz, Part I: the Young “Revolutionary” Rafael Cruz Biographical Ruse I Am Asking for Your Help! Requesting Investigative Journalists; Researchers; Christian, Political, and Ethical Leaders; and Other Interested or Affected Parties to Follow Up on My Introductory Research Here. Below are notes from my research on Rafael Bienvenido Cruz, aka Rafael Cruz, father of Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz is currently running for the Republican nomination for the upcoming 2016 Presidential election. From my personal research (seen below) which came about from reading a very disturbing article series (also seen below) about the deceptive narrative of Rafael Cruz provided to the public by Rafael Cruz, I believe Rafael Cruz’s biographical narrative is a ruse to obtain otherwise unmerited speaking engagements, income, and unjustified influence within specific population groups who have trusted his biographical sketch. Away from the disturbing article series that prompted me to check his biographical information, I have uncovered numerous fraudulent claims in Rafael Cruz’s bios and ask that you check my notes below on your own; do your own research as well, and see if you come to the same conclusion. Should you believe a story of dishonesty and deception lies within the information unmasked here, feel free to use what you can from my research to help build a case and bring Rafael Cruz’s gimmick to light. Please also consider whether Rafael Cruz should be personally, financially, socially, and/or legally held accountable for all or any of the fraudulent, phony, and/or deceitful declarations or representations he has engaged in with the public at large via his biographical sketch and personal representation of it, both for his own benefit and in relation to his part in the political campaigns of Senator Ted Cruz. Rafael Cruz has had and continues to have a prominent part of Ted Cruz’s political career and possibly aspirations. One would assume the vast number of speaking engagements he has accepted based on his fraudulent claims has resulted in an already-significant “transition of wealth” to date. Furthermore, Rafael Cruz will only benefit from additional avenues of income should his projections based on his personal persona be unchallenged. Information and views expressed here are based on my own reading, research, and personal opinions. 1 If Rafael Cruz has conned his way into speaking engagements and received invitations to churches and political groups based on a false narrative, should he face legal, financial, or societal repercussions? You might also conclude that further consideration might be necessary to determine the extent that Senator Cruz himself may have been involved in any of his father’s disinformation and deception. I have not tackled that question here. Rafael Cruz and Ted Cruz have been frequently seen together at Ted Cruz’s political campaign events. Ted Cruz appears to give approval of Rafael Cruz’s appearance at his events and as his surrogate in other places. The two often work hand in hand at conservative events and political gatherings, making reference to each other. Separate from Ted Cruz’s political campaign events, Rafael Cruz and his son Ted Cruz have been seen together (video of such a time in the last section of these notes) at “laying-on-of-hands” events, both men together, these events opened to Rafael Cruz based on Rafael’s claimed biographical information and then Rafael’s portrayal of his son Ted Cruz as a Christian “king” primed and now ready to oversee one of what is known in some religious circles as the “Seven Mountains of Influence in Culture” - a blessed position of leadership for Senator-and-Hopeful-President Ted Cruz. The video in my last section of notes shows Ted Cruz bowing in acceptance of the charismatic anointment with his father Ted Cruz standing at his side. This research intentionally reflects a strategically-designed and orchestrated litany of lies Rafael Cruz used to become a paid, professional speaker and surrogate for now- Senator Ted Cruz. It does not deal with the extended undertaking of proving or disproving just how much Senator Ted Cruz may or may not know about the truthfulness or lack thereof of his father Rafael Cruz’s biographical claims. Consequently, my research and corresponding notes here are not fashioned to prove whether or not Senator Ted Cruz was involved in fraud, fraud by omission, or false representation alongside his father Rafael Cruz. It deals primarily with Rafael Cruz’s fraud and misrepresentation, Rafael Cruz’s fallacious biographical information which has afforded Rafael Cruz extraordinary access to American political groups and individuals, to churches, and to American citizens who accepted Rafael Cruz’s claims without knowledge or understanding of who Rafael Cruz was or was not. Ted Cruz has listed Rafael Cruz as a “pastor” on (at least) his official Senate bio web page (see link below), an act which would seem to provide certain credibility to Rafael Cruz’s public persona. However, Ted Cruz, on that same page, omitted all of Rafael’s other biographical declarations which appear at this time to be untrue. Ted Cruz’s specific inclusion (“a pastor”) alongside Ted Cruz’s omission of the other claims is why I have given some credence to the idea that Rafael may possibly have obtained a certification of ordination from a company, online association, or business (see below). However, with a fraudulent persona sustained and still intact, Rafael Cruz continues gaining abundant access to people and groups along with income and contributions based on deception, misrepresentation, puffery, and lies. Information and views expressed here are based on my own reading, research, and personal opinions. 2 The Three Sections of Notes 1. The first section below includes a three-part entry (a 3-part series of “The Fictitious Life of Rafael Cruz”) which was the propellant that prompted me to do my own research on the claims made by Rafael Cruz in the biographical “resume” he uses for his speaking engagements at Republican meetings and seminars, Tea Party rallies, politically-conservative conventions and workshops, and political appearances at churches as a surrogate for his son Ted Cruz. 2. The second part below includes my personal research on all the personal assertions Rafael Cruz promotes in the biographical information he provides to the public as a whole; to churches, media outlets, political groups; and to other organizations who hire him for speaking engagements across the country. I have used a wide variety of resources from Democrat-serving sources (as in the website called “All Things Democrat” which published the three parts of “The Fictitious Life of Rafael Cruz’) to Republican Party newsletters to YouTube videos of events and even the United States Senate’s official website where Senator Ted Cruz now officially serves. In an effort to discover as many facts and details as I could, I have not turned an eye from anyone’s information or research. 3. The third section below is a short section updating Rafael Cruz’s religious ties and associations, information needed if further research on his fraudulent claims might be helpful or necessary. Additionally, since Rafael’s fabrications portray a religious persona to gain access to select groups and obtain speaking engagements with compensation from those groups and their individual members, it should be seen as an important part of an orchestrated scheme. Research notes in these three sections begin on the next page. The author of the Information and views expressed here are based on my own reading, research, and personal opinions. 4 above series based research on information provided by Ted Cruz and/or Rafael Cruz that Rafael Cruz supposedly raised Ted Cruz in the Southern Baptist denomination and even now claims membership at a SBC church in Houston, TX. Rafael Cruz appears to be more aligned with Benny Hinn and C. Peter Wagner and does not seem to have any association or alliance with the theology or denomination of the Southern Baptist Convention.

    Do you believe in the constitution? In the Bible? Ted Cruz is not a constitutionalist, and therefore cannot be a constitutional conservative. He is an establishment conservative. Neither he nor Rubio are qualified candidates. But the birther question is only the tip of the iceberg: The most common tenets to support Ted Cruz deal with the following questions: Is Ted Cruz Constitutionally able to hold the Office of the United States Presidency? Is Ted Cruz a ‘True Conservative’? Is Ted Cruz devoted to the ‘Word of God’?
