4.2 Mengembangkan Teks Prosedur Dengan Memerhatikan Hasil Analisis Terhadap Isi, Struktur, Dan Kebahasaan Kegiatan PJJ-BDR Bahasa Indonesia pertemuan ke- 4 Kompetensi Dasar: 4.2 Mengembangkan teks prosedur dengan memerhatikan hasil analisis terhadap isi, struktur, dan kebahasaan. IndiKator Pencapaian Kompetensi : Setelah melakukan pembelajaran siswa mampu mengembangkan teks prosedur berdasarkan isi, struktur, dan kebahsaan yang tepat. KEGIATAN 1 Bacalah contoh langkah-langkah menyusun teks prosedur di bawah ini! Mari berlatih menyusun teks prosedur! Langkah-langkah menyusun teks prosedur sebagai berikut. 1. Menginventarisasi macam-macam kegiatan yang pernah kamu lakukan. Contoh : a. Memasak nasi / mi goreng spesial b. Menggunakan mesin ATM c. Membuat e- KTP d. Cara mencuci tangan e. Tips menjaga tubuh agar tetap sehat, dll. 2. Menentukan tema kegiatan Contoh: a. Memperkenalkan masakan khas indonesia 3. Membuat krangka dalam bentuk topik-topik kegiatan secara garis besar . Contoh: a. Nasi Goreng merupakan salah satu ciri khas makanan nusantara b. Nasi goreng kuning c. Alat dan bahan d. Langkah-langkah membuat nasi goreng e. Makanan yang harus dilestarikan 4. Mensistematisasikan kerangka dengan benar dan mudah difahami pembaca. Contoh: Judul teks prosedur : Nasi Goreng Kuning Tujuan : Mengenalkan cita rasa nusantara Sasaran pembaca : umum Nasi goreng merupakan salah satu ciri khas makanan nusantara yang banyak digemari. Banyak sekali jenis nasi goreng mulai dari nasi goreng sederhana sampai nasi goreng dengan perpaduan bumbu-bumbu rempah nusantara. Ada nasi goreng kecap, nasi goreng rendang, nasi goreng sambal matah, nasi goreng cabai hijau, nasi goreng teri, nasi goreng terasi dan masih banyak lagi. Salah satu nasi goreng yang tak kalah enak lagi dan sering saya makan sewaktu kecil yaitu nasi goreng kuning. Nasi goreng kuning berasal dari daerah sunda dengan aroma kunyit dan kencur yang harum meningkatkan selara makan dan menyehatkan karena mengandung rempah-rempah di dalamnya. Bahan: 2 piring nasi putih 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis Bumbu yang dihaluskan: 1 butir bawang putih 2 butir bawang merah 3 cm kencur 5 buah cabai kriting merah 1 sdt garam Pelengkap : Telur dadar Sambal Kerupuk Cara membuat: Panaskan minyak dalam wajan kemudian tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Masukan nasi kemudian aduk sampai rata. Tambahkan garam dan merica. Kemudian aduk sampai tekstur nasi pulen. Setelah matang sajikan dengan telur dadar, sambal, dan kerupuk . Agar tekstur dan rasa nasi enak nasi putih yang akan dimasak harus dalam keadaan dingin. Itulah cara pembuatan nasi goreng kuning dengan aroma rempah mudah bukan cara memasaknya. Oleh karena itu marilah kita lestarikan salah satu makanan paforit nusantara ini agar lebih dikenal lagi. KEGIATAN 2 Lembar Kerja Siswa Pada pertemuan PJJ-BDR ke-1 ibu tugaskan untuk menyusun langkah-langkah kegiatan yang pernah kamu lakukan. Dari Langkah-langkah kegiatan tersebut coba kamu perbaiki dan kembangkan menjadi teks prosedur yang tepat seperti contoh di atas. kemudian Ikutilah langkah-langkah berikut! a. Pilihlah tema untuk teks prosedur yang bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri dan juga orang lain! b. Susunlah teks tersebut dengan langkah-langkah seperti yang telah kita pelajari sebelumnya! c. Orang-orang Arab peranakan yang tinggal di Indonesia merupakan orang-orang Arab dari kota Hadramanut Yaman yang datang ke Indonesia dan menyebarkan ajaran islam melalui asimilasi budaya yaitu kesenian dan pernikahan dengan penduduk setempat terutama kalangan istana-istana Hindu. Saat ini jumlah keturunan Arab Hadramanut di Indonesia sendiri diperkirakan sudah melebihi jumlah mereka yang ada di tanah leluhurnya dan mereka menyebar di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Dari sisi budaya, masyarakat Arab Hadramanut di Indonesia sudah banyak berasimilasi dengan budaya setempat, termasuk di dalamnya adalah makanan sehari-hari. Percampuran budaya Arab-Indonesia melahirkan suatu gaya kuliner Arab peranakan dengan cita rasa yang authentic dan unik. Keahlian memasak makanan khas Arab peranakan yang sudah dicocokan dengan lidah orang lokal, ditambah pujian dari teman tentang masakan buatannya membuat pemilik Kampung Arab Café and Resto memiliki ide untuk membuka usaha kuliner tersebut, sehingga pada tanggal 22 Juni 2014 Kampung Arab Café and Resto resmi dibuka dengan menu andalan Nasi Kebuli yang diolah dengan bumbu khas Kampung Arab dengan daging yang empuk dan lembut ditambah shisha dengan berbagai varian rasa. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui proporsi gula merah dan kacang tanah serta penambahan tepung santan yang tepat untuk mendapatkan cita rasa yang sesuai dengan selera masyarakat dan mengetahui perubahan sifat fisiko kimia dan organoleptik yang terjadi pada bumbu gado-gado instan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor yang masing-masing terdiri dari 3 level. Faktor I adalah penambahan tepung santan (0%, 7% dan 14%) dan faktor II adalah proporsi gula merah dan kacang (60:240, 105:195 dan 150:150). Perlakuan terbaik bumbu gado-gado instan parameter organoleptik rasa pada perlakuan proporsi gula merah dan kacang tanah 150 : 150 dan penambahan tepung santan 5 %. Kata Kunci: Bumbu instan, Gado-gado, Proporsi gula merah dan Kacang tanah, Tepung santan ABSTRACT Gado-gado is a mixture of different kinds of boiled vegetables such as cabbage, beans, lettuce, bean sprouts, potatoes, and others were smothered by gado-gado sauce. With its enormous geographic and cultural diversity across the archipelagos, it is evident that Indonesian cuisine is rich in variety and taste. As such, food can be utilised as a strategic means to boost the tourism industry of the country. In the past 5 years, the Indonesian government has given a great support for the development of culinary tourism as one special interest tourism sector that is promoted extensively to the international market. Promoting Indonesian culinary tourism should not be merely exposing the ample varieties of the traditional food that Indonesia has, but more importantly, telling the market about the socio-cultural values behind the food itself. This study aimed to portray how Indonesian food culture has been shaped, developed, and held as the value embedded in the society and has been passed from one generation to the next. Ira Sari2) Email :[email protected] ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of seasoning flavor rendang on the quality and consumer acceptance of small shrimp (acetes erythraeus) sago noodles instant and analyze with organoleptic, microbiology and proximate. That was provide of flavour rendang seasoning with 4 levels: R0 (0%), R1 (5%), R2 (7%), and R3 (9%). The results of the analysis showed that small shrimp sago noodles instant with 9%/54 gram of seasoning flavor rendang (R3) was most preferable by consumer with 53 panelists (65.94%). The organoleptic value was significant effect on the confidence level of 95%, where in the value of appearance 3.52 (reddish brown), flavor 3.51 (flavor rendang was not strong and not bitter), texture value 3.48 (a little crumbly), and aroma value 3.64 (typical of aroma rendang), mean while the Total Plate Number, moisture, ash, fat, protein, carbohydrate and crude fiber was 3.6 x 103 cells/g, 8.60%, 3.53%, 0.15%, 8.15%, 79.59%, 0.22%, respectively. Usually after harvesting, banana easily becomes spoiled and causes it banana having low quality. Furthermore, good agricultural manufacturing was rquired to improve the quality of the fruit. The community service was conducted on April- August 2014 to the woman farmer Group of Bunga Sahabat at the village of Tiga of Susut district, Bangli Regency. The women farmer group was given the knowledge and skill in order to improve the processing of banana as Banana Chips with “Suna Cekuh” spices. “Suna Cekuh” spices is the combination of garlic, zedoary and salt that was homogenized.to make instant powder.The women farmer group has proven their skill and ability to produce the good quality product. of banana chips with “Suna Cekuh” spices. The banana chip with “Suna Cekuh” spices was accepted by the highly preferred panelist.
