. M.A.No.217 of 2017:

This is an application to implead third party as additional

respondent. Notice has been furnished to all the parties. Nobody

has objection to implead. The application is allowed. The applicant is impleaded as additional respondent No.20. The application is disposed accordingly.

M.A.No.223, 224, 225 and 226 of 2017:

These are the applications filed by third parties to get themselves impleaded in the application. It is submitted that notice has been sent to all the parties. Nobody has objection to implead the applicants as additional respondents in the application. The applications are therefore allowed and applicants are impleaded as additional respondent Nos.21 to 24. All the M.A.s are disposed accordingly.

M.A.No.171 of 2017:

Respondent No.13 seeks further time to file objections. Let the objections be filed within 2 weeks in the Miscellaneous Application who is at liberty to file rejoinder within 2 weeks thereafter.

Application No.78 of 2017:

Respondent No.12 filed reply today which is taken on record.

Reply of the remaining respondents is to be filed, it shall be filed within 2 weeks with advance copy to the other respondents who is at liberty to file rejoinder, if they so wish.
